Creepy Feeling From The Baker Street Song

What are some good songs to listen to while you're feeling depressed?

Incredibly good question Jerald..Two ways to view the question..are you at the introspective end of a run of depression..?Or are you at the “devastating public flogging” end of a run of depression?“Being Depressed” is a funny thing…many take the idea of depressing personal moments as primarily of a romantic question..and a more “daily” depression being more benign and frankly, of a nature that could be construed as “less consequential” in society..LOL.So I’m thinking I’m going to not worry about the “romantic/platonic” question and simply say..The clip below is something I have listened to many times over the past twenty three years..because I’m wallowing and I know I am going to continue to be depressed for hours to come..”introspective”. ..The usual funk/disco sorta’ thing to get myself out of a depressed state is something I will leave for another time. The tune is called “Damage”..it’s about a tragic break-up I suppose..however,the tune has never been that sort of tune for me..it’s just a sad tune that I love ..and indeed I listen to it at these times as I mentioned earlier..the tune is written by the vocalist, David Sylvian. Some may remember his (if you will) New Wave group from the late 70’s/early 80’s..they were called “Japan”.Sylvian is one of the greatest songwriters I have ever heard..and here he is joined by the incomparable Robert Fripp-the mastermind of (arguably) the greatest prog band of all time, King Crimson..along with the great Trey Gunn on Chapman Stick..This song could indeed be called depressed in nature..but brilliant?Absolutely.Incidentally, I also love listening to “The Days Of Wine & Roses” ..an old standard that originated in Hollywood..Many jazz musicians have performed it over the years....and Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony..especially the second movement..and if you can hear it conducted by Karajan that’s gonna’ be a plus.Best to you..

What are some slang terms used among police officers?

The most derogatory terms for the bad guys and citizens who are just pains in the rectum:A.H. = Adam Henry (A-dam H-enry) If you don’t get it…..sometimes you will hear it as “Jack Hole”…..now what starts with an “A” that ends with HOLE ?RICHARD CRANIUM= What starts with a “D” and is a nickname for Richard ? What is the non-medical layman’s term for the Cranium ? Do these clues HEAD you in the right direction ?

Has anyone ever experienced déjà vu?

Deja Vu: It is the phenomenon of having the strong sensation that an event or experience currently being experienced has already been experienced in the past.Scientific approaches reject the explanation of déjà vu as "precognition" or "prophecy", but rather explain it as an anomaly of memory, which creates a distinct impression that an experience is "being recalled".[As per Wiki]My experiences with Deja Vu are of the precognitive type.Something I should mention in the beginning, I have always paid attention to my dreams. The first dream I clearly remember was in Prep or Ist standard. Now, my most freaky moment was also my first.Standard VIII - I was new to playing football. Normally practicing during game. There was this guy, in a red (Hodson house) shirt, who scored a goal and he ran around celebrating.Suddenly I felt dizzy and stumbled to the ground, nothing major. It was only a few moments later I realised that about 5-6 years ago I had seen the exact same goalscoring scenario in a dream i.e., Standard III.Now here's the freaky part... I did not know what the sport of football actually is until Class VII. I was brought up in a hardcore cricket enthusiastic family, therefore could not have exaggeratedly imagined/dreamed it.It was the red wall behind, the red shirt running around celebrating that kicked in the realisation.Later, when more things like this happened, I would concentrate hard enough until I could remember when had I had that dream. Now what do I concentrate on? Anytime I get the sensation of things being repeated, I always look for specific colours that caught my attention in real life and try to imitate the sensations I might have felt when I had dreamed the scenario. These things still happen every few months or so. Last deja vu was only a few days back and the one before that was in late 2015.I dream every night and can remember most dreams quite clearly regularly. This I do, so that I can become able enough one day to catch atleast one glitch in the matrix ;) haha.P.S.: I'm not sure what the scientific community would make of this, but if you can explain these instances of re-experiencing with more accurate terms, please do so in the comments section. For me, with the information I know, these re-experiences are Deja vus.

What can you speculate about the intentions of Eurus Holmes?

Here is what I think about Eurus Holmes:Moriarty has a band of faithful followers, the general characteristics of these people are: a) Highly Intelligent, b)Absolutely no hesitation in killing or being killed,c)Slightly crazy. The people I suspect to be a part of Moriarty’s group are: Eurus Holmes and Vivien Norbury.James Moriarty and Eurus were/are lovers.( I agree with other people who deduced this). The shadow on the wall, as well as Sherlock’s deductions about Eurus as the Faith smith impersonator, where he says that Eurus/Faith had a lover but she is not with him anymore(because Moriarty is dead or is away from her)Eurus may be the actual brains behind Moriarty, but till now has acted from behind the scenes.Eurus was sent away to a Mental Asylum due to some wrongdoing done by her and she thinks it as a wrong done to her. Thus, she seeks revenge from Mycroft. But then……in the words of Sherlock himself-Data!Data!Data ,"I can't make bricks without clay.” Since the writers of BBC Sherlock have not given us much data,it would be wise to wait for the Episode:the Final Problem and see for ourselves.
