Cricket Iphone Compared To At

Is Cricket wireless good when compared to the ATT Go phone?

Well, It is the same exact thing. Both are prepaid services, both run on AT&T, and both are owned by AT&T. Therefore, they use the same phones, the same towers, the same bands ETC.Is it any better? Actually, no. For my family on Cricket Wireless, we pay $110 for:Line one: 2.5 GB data and hotspotLine two: 2.5 GB dataLine 3: 5 GB data; Personal Hotspot; calling/roaming in Canada and MexicoAll of these have unlimited talk and text too. One thing to note is that Cricket doesn't oficialy support data enabled tablets, such as the iPad WiFi+Cellular, unlike GoPhone. 3 lines on GoPhone with 4 Gb of data and unlimited talk/text is $130 a month. The first two lines on the Cricket plan I’m on struggle to use 100 MB, so the extra 1.5 GB of data is a waste of money for us.So, network aside you really need to choose which types of plan are good for the situation that you are in right now.

Should I get an iPhone 5s (2017)?

You really need to keep in mind the built in obsolesence that Apple applies. Very shortly you'll start getting software that it won't run. You'll also have the possibility of the battry failing, and the contacts on the SIM holder becoming unreliable.

I would not buy an Apple product that is already a couple of years old when they have a design life of only around 4 years in the first place!

Cricket wireless age???

what is the youngest age you can be to get service from cricket wireless im in the tulsa area if that makes any difference do you have to be 18 to get it because im 15 and im choosing between boost and cricket i like the cricket phones better but if i cant get it then that will be sad

How good is Cricket Wireless?

First of all, Cricket Wireless is owned by AT&T. They do use their same towers, although they do use their own software and not that of AT&T. That being said, if you know about AT&T’s service or have had it our self and are content, you will love it. Cricket will throttle on an unlimited plan (the $55 unlimited) after 22 GB. This is only in condensed traffic areas. The new Unlimited Extra plan is great. There is no speed limit and it is one of the fastest upload and download speeds on the market right now. Look up some articles or walk into your neighborhood Cricket and have an employee with that plan download and run a speed test. I have seen this speed test for myself and the fastest speed I saw was 115 mbps. There is no contract, the fees are minimal and very transparent. Calls and texts are always unlimited on every plan. Wherever you visit, service and hospitality vary, as is the norm for almost every business. Overall, I highly recommend it. I have been with Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile. I use a lot of data compared to the average user and I only have the unlimited plan. You can even bring in you own unlocked GSM phone to use on our service. Most phones work though you will want to bring in your own device to a store and have an employee check for you. They have insurance options, payment programs, hotspots and wi-fi calling available. For those with family over seas, there are many additions to call over 36 different countries and with the unlimited plans, calls to Mexico and Canada are included for free. Though your calls to those locations cannot be more than 50% of your total monthly usage. All in all, i love Cricket. It is not for everybody, but most people can find the best option for them. I would give Cricket a 7.9 out of 10.

Is t mobile a good cell phone company?

There's no better carrier for Americans that occasionally travel out of the country than T-Mobile. International roaming is free on T-Mobile, (Texting and data), call rates are cheap, and in mexico and canada, you get unlimited calls, texts, and lte data. It's also in most cases the best carrier if you live in a metropolitan area, speed, features, coverage, and price wise. If you live in a rural area, I'd say you have a 50/50 chance that T-Mobile will work good for you. If you care less about unlimited, international roaming, etc, and more about price and coverage, Cricket is a better option, as it's AT&T's coverage for half the price. You can get 5 lines for $100, each with unlimited talk, text, and 2g data, plus 4gb of LTE data per line.

I have Cricket Wireless, would I be able to use a Cricket Wireless SIM card in an AT&T phone, since Cricket is an AT&T prepaid brand?

It depends on the size of your SIM card and the slot size of the target phone. If you don’t know their size, you can visit this site to find the specs: AT&T phones of your phone. In other words, if you know your Cricket phone uses a SIM card, and if it fits in your AT&T phone, there is no problems. You will use your Cricket service on your AT&T phone.
