I would think biscuits. Croissants have way more butter.

I usually have bread 4 breakfast..sometimes Cereal but out of those listed I would choose Croissant :) yum.Maybe with chocolate filling

Waffles with strawberries and chocolate sauce and whipped cream are essentially an ice cream sundae without the ice cream.The animal protein breakfasts usually include some kind of egg, some kind of meat, maybe a second kind of meat, a savory potato dish and toast. Not so much sugar, but a fairly heavy load of fat and salt.I'm an animal protein breakfast sort of gal who has been known to mock the sweetened grain eaters. I don't care for fluffy food in the morning. I'd rather eat sausage and bacon. Bagel and butter vs porridge - which one has the least calories?
