Crossed The Wrong Box In Section 3

What if you checked the wrong box at MEPS physical?

I misunderstood what the nurse was saying during the MEPS physical and I checked "yes" to the box asking if you've ever had any other illnesses not listed on the sheet already (she listed some examples like chicken pox). I crossed it out like she told us to if we messed up, checked no instead, and initialed it. The doctor later saw it and asked if I'd ever had chicken pox and I said 'no, I just misunderstood the question' and he moved on. I was cleared on my physical and swore in later.

Now I guess I'm nervous. No really is the right answer but I'd really rather not have them go digging into my medical files because I just rather know I'm enlisted and good to go instead of having to deal with getting extra release forms and such.

So by switching answers will they right away assume I'm lying and start digging harder into my files or will they take my word for it?

Also, I highly doubt I have HIV or AIDS but I guess I've always been a bit paranoid about my blood sugar (even though as far as I know I'm not diabetic). Someone told me they use a stick right there that day at MEPS to test for sugar in your blood and if they'd found any I wouldn't have moved on to get sworn in. Is that true?

Shipping: When reusing an Amazon box, do I need to cross out the markings?

First off, if you are reusing boxes and packaging to ship items, thank you for thinking of our environment!  It is appalling to see retailers use excessive amounts of packing materials or boxes way too big, that--for the most part--just get tossed once unpacked.  So much so that I often save and repurpose not just shipping boxes but also the "filler" for reuse.  And, might I further say, thank heavens those dreaded styrofoam peanuts seem to have fallen out of favor with shippers, because they were frustrating and could not be recycled! But, I digress....you asked about reusing boxes!Yes, you absolutely CAN reuse boxes to ship things and it is not necessary AT ALL to remove the logos or other designs on the outside of the box before reusing it.Do, however, remove or cover up the original signature label/panel with any unique shipping instructions on it.  This is easily done by using a new, larger label or even a blank sheet of paper, folded and taped, over the old label as your new shipping label.  It's important to note that, if you are addressing your box in any ink that might smear or run, cover your writing with some clear tape to insure your instructions stay legible until your package reaches its new destination. Good luck and thanks for reusing!

Why is my styling being crossed out?

Being totally honest, I think everyone here is wrong.A few folks are giving you correct information (looking at you Sam Deacon ).The reason that I think everyone is wrong is because inline styles should have the highest specificity[1] An inline style should not be overwritten by any number of class names or IDs.However, if you were using the height attribute, rather than the style attribute, a stylesheet would be overwriting your style. This, here, can be overwritten by a stylesheet
This cannot:
Your style is likely being overwritten by a stylesheet because you’re using the height attribute. You can take a look at this in action right here: KMWPeyFootnotes[1] Specificity

How do you calculate the cross section area of cylinder?

The Cross section of an object is the shape you get when you cut straight through an object. It can be a rectangle, a circle even an oval, depending on how it has been cut.A circleThus the cross section of the above cylinder is a circle. Hence the cross sectional area is the area of a circle.Area of a circle = π x R2R= radiusA RectangleThus the cross section of the above cylinder is a rectangle, hence calculate the area of a rectangle.Area of a rectangle= length*widthAn OvalThus the cross section of the above cylinder is an oval, hence calculate the area of the oval.Area of an oval= π*short radius*long radiusUsing the figure below as an example, the short radius is a the long radius is bthus the area is = π*a*bSo what will guide you is how it has been cut. Good Day.

Hooked jumper cables up wrong and radio won't work, why?

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT. I wasn't watching what I was doing and I hooked up jumper cables to the wrong posts on the battery (I'm and idiot). Now everything works in the car except the radio. No lights, no nuthin. I have checked the fuses in the fuse box and everything looks ok. Any idea what I need to do to get my stock radio/cd player back?

If i write the wrong zip code on an envelope can i cross it out and put the right one?

I am mailing a letter and already put my last stamp on my envelope then stupidly wrote my zip code instead of where i was sending it. Just wondering if I can just cross it out and put the right one or just leave it because they will know i put the wrong one or what. Just dont feel like buying more stamps. Any help would be appreciated

A 20.0-Ω resistor and a 50.0-Ω resistor in series are connected to a 120-V dc source. (a) What is (are) the current(s) through the resistors?

A 20.0-Ω resistor and a 50.0-Ω resistor in series are connected to a 120-V dc source.
(a) What is (are) the current(s) through the resistors?
current through the 20.0-Ω resistor: A
current through the 50.0-Ω resistor: A

(b) What is the voltage drop across each resistor?
voltage drop across the 20.0-Ω resistor: V
voltage drop across the 50.0-Ω resistor: V

I've tried this 3 different ways and have gotten the answer wrong three times.
I've done it separately
120/20 and 120/50
That yielded the wrong answers, unless I did the math wrong somehow.

I added them together
120/70
then divided that answer by 2
That yielded the wrong answer as well.

I added them together
120/70
And then divided that by 20% of 70 and 50% of 70
That was also wrong.

So what I need is how to get the voltage correct and a brief explanation of voltage drop.

What happens if you connect wrong wires to wrong terminals on a dual capacitor on an AC?

If the wires arent connected properly on the capacitor teminals then tbe components will get damaged sooner or later. If the compresor wire is connected to the fan terminal - assuming the common wire is connected properly - the compressor won't start. The compressor overload will trip or in a worst case sinario, the compressor winding will burn. Also if the common wire is connected to herm(compressor terminal) on the capacitor the compressor will start but may burn out with time. The fan motor will burn easily on just double it's requires uf so you can just imagine the damage that will occur when running it on the compressor's require rating, which would be about ten times higherMost dual capasitor will be labeled; com, herm and fan. Commom for power. Herm for compressor. Fan for the fan motor. If there are no indications on the capacitor, then the common may have four terminals, herm will have three and fan will have four.Be sure to check your wiring diagram before making any assumptions.Hope this info helps.

What is the difference between cross something out and strike something out or through?

Really no difference, use the 'strikethrough' command in MS Word to cross-out a word or line.

Click the ‘Format’ located on the menu bar of the MS Word program.
Then click ‘Font’ , then check the checkbox next to ‘Strikethrough’ located on the ‘Font’ dialog box.
Or you can use the shortcut keys on the keyboard. ‘Alt’ key with the ‘O’, ‘F’, ‘K’ keys.
Just decheck it by toggle to turn it off.

cross-out • a word, line, etc., that has been crossed out.

Strikethrough (also called strikeout) is a typographical presentation of words with a horizontal line through the center of them.
It signifies one of two meanings. In ink-written, typewritten, or other non-erasable text, the words are a mistake and not meant for inclusion. When used on a computer screen, however, it indicates recently deleted information. It can also be used for humorous purposes.

What will happen if I filled one wrong bubble in the NEET OMR in the roll number but corrected it by putting a cross on the wrong one?

COMPUTER WON’T READ IT. They will try to do it manually. If not too complicated, it is not an issue. But anything more complex than that will need a recheck from your information filled and info given during form submission. In short you need nothing to worry about.
