Curly/wavy Hair And Frizzyness I Really Need Help

Help! How can I style my frizzy curly hair??

hi i have long curly hair that gets frizzy too i find that Kerastase nutritive Oleo-Relax serum is really good and smells great too smells like escape by Calvin Klein you only need to apply 1 or 2 pumps directly to towel dried hair and work into lengths and ends. if you want to go cheaper then Garnier fructis intense anti frizz serum then again the same amount applied not to thickly applied as it makes your hair look greasy until it dries a bit smells nice too but a bit strong maybe, Kerasteae have a wide variety of products in the oleo-relax range the conditioner in a tub is wicked too hope that i have helped you,

I have curly/wavy/frizzy hair. I have tried everything! HELP!!!!!?

Straightening everyday IS harmful for the hair shaft; for people who have to deal with frizz (thank you, humidity!)
However, John Frieda's Frizz-ease serum- works like magic
Use the frizz-ease shampoo and conditioner before it. Another product is the triple-moisture leave-in conditioner from Neutrogena; smells great and is effective, doesn't weigh the hair down.

What to do with curly/frizzy/wavy hair, I'm a guy?

Hi,

Okay, so I'm not really sure if cutting your hair would do much for your frizzy or curly hair unless you cut it really really short like a buzz cut. That doesn't look good on everyone and I'm not sure you want your hair that short. However, I would not use a towel to dry your hair. Using a t-shirt to dry your hair will keep it from getting it so frizzy.I don't know how damaging your hair routine is...just not very effective.

To get straighter hair follow these techniques:

1) A good flat iron.
There is actually a flat iron made especially for frizzy hair. I heard about it on www.naturallyrelaxedhair.com. It also has some other good flat irons that are pretty cheap. And don't worry. Men use flat irons too. Trust me, I've seen it.

2) You need good technique. Use small sections to make sure you get each strand of hair smooth and straight. Also you can use the chase method when you're flat ironing. It is what makes my hair so smooth and straight and I have thick 4a/b black hair. So trust me I know frizzy and doing the chase method helps my hair so much. Look on the aforementioned blog to find out how to do it.

3) You need good products that will block moisture from the air out of your hair. Products like Sabino Lok and Blok are really good at keeping your hair straighter long and reducing frizz. For your hair type, i would use just a little of this product so your hair doesn't weighed down. You may also look at using shampoos and conditioners made to keep your hair straight. Many different product lines like Sunsilk and Herbal Essences have shampoos/conditioners like that.

If you use a whole line of products made to reduce frizz and keep your hair straight and use the right flat ironing techniques then I think you will really have good results.

Hope that Helps!

Thick, Wavy, curly, frizzy, messy hair! Help?

I have wavy curly hair, and I want it to grow out to something like this:

This is my hair:

(it's not as messy as it usually is because i just got out of the shower)

So, my question is, is it possible for me to get hair like that? What do i need to do to get it that way? How long will it take?

(male) how to fix curly, frizzy poofy hair?

1.) stop using shampoo in your hair every time you shower. Instead use a leansing conditioner like WEN or Loreal's EverCream cleansing conditioner, leave it in for 3-5 minutes and rinse your hair really well with water after application. It might smell girly, but conditioner scents do not actually last. After you shower, use a very small amount of leave in cream specifically for curly hair, like Organix curling cream (only use a very small amount, like a dab the size of a nickel or quarter). Curly haired people generally have dryer hair. This regiment will leave your hair much healthier, hydrated, and not greasy at all. They key is to keep your hair hydrated. Products like gel and hair spray will only dry your hair even more, and make it even more frizzy. Also, don't brush your curls once your hair is starting to dry. Brush it a little while it is wet, apply the cream, brush the cream through your hair, and then let it dry on it's own. Do not use a hair dryer either unless you really need to. You can also once weekly take one egg, and one table spoon of mayo, mix it up, and put it in your hair for 30 minutes. I have curly hair, and when following this, my hair is never frizzy.

As far as your hair cut, men are really lucky, because they can get their hair cut at a high end salon for $30, and women's cuts are like $50 or more! You want to find a stylist who is used to cutting men's hair, and is experienced in knowing how to thin thick curly hair with special sheers (scissors with zig zag teeth) If done properly, this will allow you to have short hair, without having an afro. As far as what type of cut, it just depends on your face shape. Here are a few different looks
This one is nice, and I think would look better with more curly hair than this guy:

I Have Curly, dry and frizzy hair? What are the best ways or products to smoothen them?

Hi,Thanks for the A2A!The key to maintaining Curly hair is moisture. If your hair is well moisturized, it will not be dry and will not frizz much. Our usual routine of using Sulfate containing shampoos and silicone rinse off conditioners strip our hair of moisture and make them drier. running a brush or comb through the hair while it id dry makes it frizz. By tweaking our usual hair care routine a little, we can make our curls look gorgeous. How can I tame puffy, frizzy, curly hair?

Before taking a showerIf you have enough time to do this weekly (and I rarely do) massage your scalp with a warm mixture of oils. Be creative and have fun trying, for me it goes like this almond oil, olive oil sometimes honey lol. As long as it is natural and safe, you don't have to worry about a thing. Leave it for an hour or so. Take care of your nails, clean your kitchen or watch a movie.. I mean you can simply keep busy. Shower Time! Get a decent shampoo. At least get one for dry,  fuzzy hair. There are some for curly hair also! If you can afford it, get one of these bio ones, less chemicals. Okay, now don't shampoo your hair more than once or twice  week. However I massage my hair with the conditioner if I really need to wash it. After taking the shower Dry your hair in a cotton shirt. I've got a special one for is action. Apply a sérum / oil while your hair is still wet. I purchased this one few days ago and it was surprisingly good. I also have the leave in conditioner, always use it on a damp hair especially when you want to revive your curls. Tips I don't know the scientific explanation behind this, my pillow is my magical hairdresser. Sleep with a wet hair, wake up with a curly hair. It works every single time. moisture your hair whenever you can.Protect your hair from sun and dust, swimming pool water, salty water.. Give it extra love when having one of these encounters.  İt's so much like having a fragile baby on your head lol. These foams? It's called gel mousse in French, it works like magic in emergencies but they do harm your hair. So use with caution. Love your hair, and be patient. Don't jump on easy solutions that harm your beloved curls. Take your time to understand its needs. Enjoy being natural and unique. Boutheina ♥
