Custom PC build shopping list Help?

Up the PSU to 550 watts. Also, add a cpu cooler. Just find out how many fans the case has. 2-3 fans are fine, 4 are great.
As for compatibility, just go to the site(given in source), click on 'system build' and enter the parts. Any compatibility issue will immediately show up. Happy gaming!

Need help- custom build gaming pc?

Sup guys so heres my first Attempt at building a custom gaming pc. My only questions are- 1. Will these parts " fit/work" with each other once its built? -2. Is there a better case i should get? -3. The graphics card i am getting is a evga nvidia gtx 560 ti 2gb and it requires PCIe 2.0 x16 so should i get another motherboard that only has one PCIe 2.0 x16 slot instead of Two 2.0 x16? -4. I dont over clock nor do i wish to, so would these parts be good for me? What is the best gaming custom PC I can build?

As the computer parts are fast depreciating items, you should aim for the best bang for the buck you can afford and update/upgrade parts every 5-10 months.Invest in a good Pc case that is flexible and evolutiveSome good 24" or more screens that your GPU(s) will be able to run smoothly (1 or 3 screens if it is for gaming)buy SSDs if you do not need a lot of storage add hybrid or traditional HDD otherwiseOne SSD for the OS one for the SOFTs/Games would be the bestcheck https://www.cpubenchmark.net/hig... for the best value CPU you can affordhttp://www.videocardbenchmark.ne...   Same for GPUsSome times it is best to get multiples Great Price Performance GPUs than a single one (at the time 2x GTX 970 is ~600$ and a lot better than a single gtx 980Ti at ~600$) If your SOFT can use them of course. If you want to update your rig often, DO NOT GET AN OEM windows (if you intend to use windows) otherwise you will have to buy a windows every time you change your motherboard (CPU too maybe, don't remember)If you update/upgrade often, Sell your parts, they may keep a lot of their value and make it easier to upgrade even more often. If you do a lot of calculation, build multiples computers with the left overs. You need to choose:If you are sensitive to noise and want a great look, you will update less often, have less choices, the parts will cost more and overall your pc will be less on the edge.If you do not care what your computer look inside (can still be great outside), aren't too sensitive to noise (gaming with headphones):Get a good breathing (noise cancelled if you want) case without window, and update often with good values high end parts that will keep you on the bleeding edge of performance. It may be mismatched color scheme inside but if you do not care, you will update on the cheap, have the best pc, and run things smoothly.

Can someone help me build a gaming desktop pc?

i5 3450 CPU - http://goo.gl/7Re5i $175
Gigabyte GA-B75-D3H - http://goo.gl/kGM6x $75
Thermaltake V4 Black edition - http://goo.gl/4QcRM $45
CX430 - http://goo.gl/nJu2L $40
Gigabyte 7850 - http://goo.gl/Xkq5u $175
1TB WD Blue - http://goo.gl/P1Ajd $80
DVD Drive (If you dont have one) - http://goo.gl/WZ5WB $18

That would add up to about $608 (Only 590 if you move your old DVD Drive over). However, if you were planning to get another card and crossfire (ie. dual cards), I would recommend the cx600 instead of the cx430 @ $75 (http://goo.gl/v1Xz2).

The Windows 7 isos (which can be burnt to disc) are available here: http://goo.gl/jlX2a.

If you are really short on cash, the i3-3220 is still decent for gaming, but is not very good at multi-tasking, and is only $130 as opposed to $175 (http://goo.gl/WZ5WB), which will take the total cost down to $573 (or $555 if you use your old DVD drive)

This computer would easily handle DayZ and GTA V. Good luck and merry christmas :)

How to build a gaming pc?

First Figure out if you want AMD or Intel Based Computer. Note AMD is far cheaper and does the job just as good or better than Intel. Intel is very pricey.
second Choose your motherboard if amd for example and processor
Go with an Nvidia video card that does direct x 12 or 12.1
Go with Corsair 750 .. pick any dvd drive any case and get a monitor if you dont have one that has 300 cd or better and refresh rate of 3ms no higher than 5ms
I sugest you get an an 8 core processor... and get two sticks of dual channel 4gb memory sticks G skill memory is good. YOu can find everything and reviews on Newegg.com that is the go to place for building a gaming system.. one last thing processor amd processors have been sized as am3plus for years now the new size is am4... so if you get an am4 processor make sure you get an am4 motherboard.. same is if you get an am3plus make sure you get an am3plus motherboard.. if you get the am3plus sized processor i recommend the amd 8350.. you can save money buy doing that.. copy and paste this information and always have it. people will agree with everything that I say.. this is the formula

This is my first ever custom build so i built it installed windows 7 and got some games falloutNV hit-man absolution and sniper elite v2 first i tried fallout and it said there was an error so i did research and figured out i needed to update my graphics card so i went to update it and realized it wasn't my sapphire radeon 7870 it was the Intel graphics that came with the I5 3570K and so i still updated it and it worked and i played until i got to a part and it crashed so i tried again and it crashed then i started a new game and got to that part again and it crashed! so i played hitman and it was horrible on the lowest settings i got 17 to 22fps on low! and it wouldn't even let me play sniper elite v2 so i tried to figure out why it was doing this AND how my pc will detect my 7870 so i installed the driver installation disk for the sapphire radeon 7870 OC Ghz edition and it worked but i didn't know how to switch it to use that one instead of the intel I% graphics so i did more research and i found something that said right click on desktop and go to graphics properties and i pressed it and this error came up!! that said GfxUI.exe - Bad image and under it said C:\WIndows\Microsoft.NET\framework64\v4.... is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO so i tried to open a mod manger for a game and it said the same thing! and tried to open editing software and it said the same thing!!!!!! and i don't know what to do so someone please! help and explain in terms i understand im new to this and need help !

Im 14 and I want to build my own gaming pc. But I need help?

Hi, im 14 and I want to build my own gaming pc, with the money i get from my b-day. You see, right now my family is a little bit in the deep end, so I have to keep it in a budget between maybe $300-$420 (estimate). I play such games like League, Cs;Go, Garry s Mod, and etc. I want to run them smoothly and I dont want a fan so loud. If I can get a list of cheap components that would be great, and some that are good that are already built in the budget. Anything would help!
