Define Primary question?
A primary source is when an author directly states his opinion or facts he has found. A secondary source is when an author cites OTHER sources to show how he came to a conclusion. In your case, the two primaries should probably be opinions of judges on the case or court documents. The secondary can be anyone else's work. on the subject.
Why is it important to define the questions you want your market research to anwser?
You want to be able to understand what the market wants and how to tailor yourself to their needs. why don;t your tortilla chips sell? Packaging? Better worded information? Size? Amount? Cost?
