I, too, have 8th in Aquarius and have always been fascinated by this particular subject. The 8th house is how death occurs; the 4th house indicates the circumstances at the end of life. You need to look at where the ruling planet of Aquarius (Uranus) is located and aspects to it. Without that piece of information, the answer is only general; but yes, it would be sudden and unusual. 4th house in Virgo would indicate that the circumstances / environment surrounding your death would be quiet, clean and not public. My Uranus is in the 1st house in Leo conjunct the Ascendant, so my death will be by my own doing.......not necessarily suicide, probably some weird accident as a result of expressing my personality. ah - due to ill health starting with skin, bones or teeth.......remember, this does not mean an early death.
