If you delete a text message does it still show up on the bill?
The contents does not show up (as in what you sent in your message) but the number text to will show up on your monthly bill as well as any numbers that you receive text messages from. It will show the number, date and time for each individual text that you send and received. I know for a fact that it will show up on Verizon (I have Verizon) and AT&T (my friend has that and I see and pay the bills at work). Deleting the text message does not delete it from the bill, it only deletes it from your cell phone.
If you delete a text message, does the receiver still get the message?
Short answer: Yes, they will still be able to see the message.Long answer: When you send a text message it gets transferred to radiowaves and sent to towers, these towers transfer the radiowaves into digital electrical impulses and sends the message to a mobile switch centre, these centres will locate which tower is closest to the receiver and then it gets sent to that tower where it’s converted to radiowaves again and it’s able to get picked up by the phone. This happens in [math]seconds[/math] which makes it impossible to undo. You can’t reverse radiowaves. On apps like whatsapp and instagram you can delete your messages for both the receiver and yourself, because your message doesn’t get converted into radiowaves but sent via your internet to Facebook.Where Do Your Texts Go?
In Messages app, can you delete messages that you sent to someone so that they can't see it anymore?
Michael Vogel Is entirely correct — once you hit the "Send" button the iMessage is committed to being sent to Apple's servers as long as your device has a data connection. There's no simple way to cancel it even at this point. Even if you delete the message from the conversation thread — even if it is still in the process of being sent —your iOS device will still attempt to send it out in the background. Deleting a message only deletes your local copy of the message. About the only way to cancel an outgoing iMessage is to force it to fail to send before it finishes sending. For instance, if you were to kick your iOS device into Airplane Mode fast enough — basically immediately after hitting the "Send" button before it can send the message to Apple's servers — the message should eventually fail to send (this can still take a few minutes before iOS gives up, even in Airplane Mode). At this point, unless you choose to resend it manually, it won't be delivered to the recipient, regardless of whether you keep the local copy on your iPhone or remove it. See Can I cancel or ‘unsend’ sent iMessages? for more details.
Can parents see deleted pictures messages and texts?
I'm not worried but it dawned on me that they may be able to look at my messages on my phone. There is nothing really bad, but me and my friends talk about things kind of embarrassing... I have the Verizon Samsung Intensity, unlimited texting, and we DON'T pay as we go. Can they see any of my messages? Thanks!
How do I delete a message on Instagram?
There is only two ways…Touch and hold the message you have sent..select unsend from list….this option removes only those messages you have sent to the other..not the messages others sent to you…but it is sure it will be removed from both person's inbox.Touch and hold on the user and select delete..this will delete the whole messages…but it just remove the whole conversation for the person who deleted it..not removed from both sides inbox. It is better to remove the messages sent because it delete on both side.. Deleting the whole conversation (2nd type) doesnt make any sense..because the messages still remains on other side.I hope this may be useful..✌
I want to send 1000 text messages at once to the same person, how do I do it?
