IPhone 4 won't let me delete apps?
So ok, after I updating my phone with the new iOS update thing , then I hold down on a app and it starts shaking the little x doesn't come up. And if I download a new app but want to delete it it still don't let me. However if I connect it to my laptop I can delete it from there. I then got the new update for the iPhone it still won't let me. I also have no iTunes app. Is there anyway to solve this

First you need to realize that on a 16GB phone, MBs are practically nothing. Assuming you are correct that you have not downloaded anything, several things could be changing your space:The cache on your browser. Check Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. That will show you all the sites that have saved data. You can clear that from the Advanced menu if desired.App data. Many apps download information and cache it locally automatically. News, weather, games, and so on. There really isn't any standard way to clear that data other than to delete the app.But these are short term solutions. Ultimately, you should address the larger issue, which is that you probably have too much space taken up by media (video is the #1 space sucker usually), photos and apps following. Offload your videos to a desktop computer or a video hosting service. Then remove them from your phone. Do the same for photos. Both photos and videos can still be viewed from the phone if you use a hosting service so you won't lose the ability to show people -- except on an airplane when you're without a network. Big apps can be problematic too. Games are usually the culprit because they cache huge images, videos, and sound files. Consider losing some of your more media-rich games if the first suggestion doesn't work for you. And next time get a 32GB or 64GB model ;-)
Iphone randomly deleted apps?
Hmmm. two options. One, go to settings, then "restrictions"....i forgot where exactly but its in settings somwhere. Maybe somehow the restrictions for those apps turned on. Second (probably the best): Reboot you iPhone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10 seconds. Dont let them go until the apple logo comes up and you should have them back. hope it helps!

If you're holding down your home button, and no "x" pops up, try going into Settings > General > Restrictions > then enter your passcode. Once you get there, make sure you have the "Deleting Apps" option turned on.
How to COMPLETELY delete app from iPhone 5?
I've been trying to use apps like FeaturePoints and Instant Rewards (both great apps!) but the problem is that it seems if I get rewards for an offer on one app, I can't get rewards for the same offer on the other app because even though I deleted the app and redownloaded it, the fact that it stayed in my "Purchased" app list seems to keep it from registering as a new download.
