What are some examples of foods that are delicious and healthy?

This is certainly a rare combination as mostly food which is healthy is yuck! and food that is yum! is fattening or killing.Still, there are some dishes which try to blend health and taste and therefore give us the best of both worlds.Following are some of my favorite healthy dishes:Dalia (Broken Wheat) UpmaThis is very healthy as it uses almost zero oil/sugar etc and yet is quite tasty.Dhokla - Or Khaman DhoklaMost Non-Gujrati people may refer to the second one in general as Dhokla. But they are two different dishes and have their own charm.Firstly Khaman DhoklaSecondly - Dhokla or White Dhokla or Khatta DhoklaBoth Dhokla dishes are very healthy, though they can be made unhealthy as well with a lot of oil. However, even without oil they taste really good when served with mint chutney or tamrind chutney. Pesarattu or Moong Daal Dosa or ChilaThis is a popular South Indian snack for people who want to avoid the rice in the regular dosa. It is healthy as it provides a lot of nutrition from moong (green gram) and if you fancy, you can add some sprouts to the batter to make it even more healthy. As before the usage of oil is limited to your choice - i.e. a full ladel or nothing!Last one that I love is the Dahi Ke KebabsThis little tangy, little sweet recepie if full of flavor and packs a punch in nutrition while being very healthy. Again oil is your choice - so shallow fry or even bake them in an oven. One nice idea is to bake/roast them in a sandwich maker/griller with just a little pressure.There are a plenty of shows nowadays on TV that teach us many healthy recipes which are tasty as well. If you are not sure, try the grilled meat first, such as chicken and pork. They are served with rice and pickled vegetables in corn syrup. I also recommend their spring rolls. One kind is fried and crispy and the other is rolled in thin rice wrap. Dip either in the sauce provided. The soup is also very good. It will be served with cilantro, bean sprouts and other vegetables. Go easy on the hot sauce and hoisin sauce (for the soup) if you are not too adventurous. Also, squeeze some lime in your soup. It's healthy if you take it easy on the hoisin and fried stuff.

What is the best site for delicious, healthy recipes?

I am not saying my site is the best for this but my fitness channel GetFitwithMindy does have tasty and healthy recipes. I post recipes like this every Friday in my channel. So far, I have 6 recipes but can be applied and modified into a large variety. 1. Nut milk: you can use any nuts or seeds for this. You can also use this for smoothie. 2. Braised Cauliflower: you can use this method to cook pretty much any vegetables and super flavorful. 3. Low carb lasagna: you can use zucchini and other veggies for this recipe. It tastes amazing and you can modify this recipe but using different proteins. 4. Poached Salmon: this is probably the most flavorful and moist salmon you will have have. You can use this method to cook most seafood and thin cut meats. 5. Canned tuna stir fry: you can use the modifications I suggested in the video to make a lot of different types of stir fries. 6. Healthy Ice Cream alternative desserts: It tastes like ice cream and you can use the modifications I mentioned to create different flavors.
