You can lose weight fast and do it in a healthy way. If you try any type of unhealthy way, not only will you feel like crap but you will gain it back very quickly. It will take a combination of diet and exercise. It isn't hard at all. First, you must cut out saturated fat and high calorie food. Basically, nothing fried and eat things that are low in fat and high in protein such as chicken breast. That does not mean starve yourself but be sensible. Eat only until you feel ok. Never eat til you are full. Exercise need to target your entire body. You can not lose fat around just your stomach. In order to lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume. You should learn about the after burn effect. The after burn effect helps you burn 1500-3000 calories throughout the day. Which is a lot more calories then you can burn while exercising. In order to trigger that effect you must work out in a particular way. For example if you were jogging/running. You would jog for 2 minutes and then run as fast as you can for one minute. Then jog for 3 minutes and run as fast as you can for 2 minutes. You need to push your body in that way but do it safely without injuring yourself.

I suffer from low self-esteem and low self-belief but I don't want it to be that way anymore. I'm sick of doubting myself and want to tell myself I have what it takes to survive. Are there any activities or practices that could help?

Low self esteem and low self belief are caused by not facing enough  situations that threaten you physically, mentally and emotionally .Try to experience more, do more and learn more.  Try to face things that scare you, i know its "easier said than done" but this is what needs to be done to move forward, i used to feel the same way but i have improved by doing that.If something scares you and overwhelms you , try to take the smallest step possible. Even small achievements boost your confidence. Don't worry about your weaknesses, first look at your strengths and improve on them. Take things that interest you, focus on them and  become good at them, that will give you confidence.Don't compare yourself to others. It does not help, believe me.Follow some of the answers in my question  I lose confidence in myself very easily. What can I do to alleviate this? and finally, take one step at a time in the right direction, you will reach your destination sooner rather than later.
