my parents are going on it and i have been somewhat curious because i have had issues with stress over the last few years that i know have affected my body and supposedly this diet cleans your whole body. only concerns i have is 1.. losing the weight i have put on ( little fat the usual with bulking). was hoping to do a steady bulk until im at where i wanna be... so might wait a few more months a so but researching this now. 2.. not eating a lot of food during the day for 10 days i would imagin i would have to get use to eating as much food again..

you cant lift on it obviously because of lack of protein and you don't eat, just take a drink 6-12 times a day.

What is a simple detox drink recipe?

The Lemon Cayenne Pepper Detox Drink is also known as the Master Cleanse, the lemonade diet, or the Beyonce Knowles diet. This drink is also very inexpensive as the ingredients you need are available at your local grocery stores.

The first ingredient of the lemon cayenne pepper detox drink is lemon juice. You should look for organic, fresh lemons. Buying bottled lemon juice usually contains sugar and other additives that you do not need. Freshly squeezed juice is ideal, but you can also use natural, organic lemon juice. You add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the detox drink.

Hemp is used for rope. Starving yourself won't help in the long run, and extra protein in powder might not agree with your stomach.

If you consider yourself cheating, rephrase it. Just say you were hungry. After that, only eat when you are hungry. Watch your portions, eat slowly, omit all hard cheese, foods in cellophane, soda pop. Readjust your thinking en re consumption.
