As far as I know, no one reruns "Dexter". Showtime is a premium (pay) channel, so they keep a tight rein on their shows. Long ago, during a TV writers' strike, Showtime cut a deal with CBS to show (censored) reruns of "Dexter" on CBS, but only the very first season. Now, I think the only place to see them is on Showtime or DVD. They have even stopped Netflix from streaming the episodes... .

As far I know it is not the same. A lot of South Africans celebrated the announcement of Netflix but few have asked this question. To answer this let us look into it through another way, Would you like to watch DDLJ or Sasural Simar ka in English or Japanese or any other language, with Hindi subtiles.Also, due to the nature of contents of the Hollywood series it will never get pass the Censor Board and that could be one reason nobody cares about dubbing this TV Series. To dub the TV Series in any other Language, it will have to be passed through censor board and dubbing gets expensive. Even if it gets passed the all or almost all of the scenes will have to cut down. That would make the length of the entire series to be a little around 2 Hours, or could be less.Thank You.
