No. While the original song is quite high pitched and a bit annoying to hear after a while the most it can do is give a someone a headache if they’re sensitive to high pitched noise. Other than that it’s a completely harmless song. The myth originates from a creepypasta story stating that several Japanese children suffered seizures and vomiting from the song’s high pitches in a similar sort of situation as Pokemon Shock from Electric Soldier Porygon.
