Did German Jews Become More Liberal As A Result Of Right Wing Nazi Hysteria During The 3rd Reich

Why is it that people that are Neo-Nazis in America not realize that the German Nazis killed nearly 500,000 of their American brothers but yet are still infatuated with them?

The total number of American deaths is 419,400; this number does not round up to 500,000. Saying all of the American deaths were caused by Nazis ignores the fact that the United States also fought the Japanese. 111,914 Americans died in the battles against the Japanese and 49,000 more died of illness, accidents and outside of combat. A total of 161,000 Americans were killed in the Pacific (38%).The American Nazi movement was started by George Lincoln Rockwell, who did not take part in combat operations as a World War II. It was founded in 1959, in the context of the Cold War and the Civil Rights Movement. Hitler was admired for his anti-communist stance. The number of Soviets killed by Hitler was 50 times the number of his American victims. Although they adopted Nazi symbols, the Neo-Nazis in America have a similar ideology to the Klan. Both have a hatred for Jews and African-Americans and both are strongly anti-communist. Ironically, in real life Hitler would not want to associate with Rockwell. Rockwell smoked tobacco and Hitler was known to be anti-tobacco.Extremist ideologies, whether they be far-right, far-left or jihadist, generally appeal to people who perceive that the government is interfering too much in their lives or that some minority religious or ethnic group is getting preferential treatment. They have little understanding of the ideology that attracts them, sometimes selecting only aspects that appeal. Many alt-right individuals do things Hitler did not like in real life, including hunting, fishing and drinking alcohol. A lot of members are affiliated with the sovereign citizen movement, who avoid paying taxes at every opportunity. This is an irony as modern-day Germany is a society where people pay their taxes diligently.Noticeably, by appropriately ideologies they do not understand fully, a small group of people have ruined things for many others. The context of Confederate symbols is interpreted not as states right or southern nationalist, but as a racist, hatred-inciting paraphernalia with the aim to tear America apart to appease a vocal few.
