Did I Do Something To My Shoulder

Why does my shoulder hurt every time i throw something?

You may have damaged the rotor (the cuff or cup, the ball the long bone end sits in and rotates in) it may be chipped, even a small particle broken off. I would suggest you see a doctor. This may be the start of arthritis, from the injury, this is how it starts.
The doctor may want to have MRI's or a CAT's scan, then at most even minor day surgery if that's the most they'd do.
It could be, again, just the injury set in motion the hurting of the arthritis and the cuff needs to be scraped. This is nothing more then cleaning off the calcium from the cuff so it can operate smoothly again. I've had this done.

I have something on my shoulder blade that feels like a marble?

Hey Kim,

I had this same problem about a year ago. I went to my dr because i thought it might be a tumor but it turned out to be some strange mass of internal waist products that usually secretes out of the skin naturally but sometimes it just doesnt and build up causing a cyst like bulge.

The dr told me to sprinkle fairy dust on it 3 times a day and to spank it when its a naughty boy.

Hope this helps gorgeous.

Why do my shoulder sockets hurt from doing push-ups?

You are probably going too low, you should never go low on pushups. 90 degrees are more than enough to hit the intended muscles, going any lower will put alot of stress on the shoulders , this is the proper form

She touched my shoulder?

This girl I'm getting to know, she was greeted me by gently brushing her hand over my shoulder, same as when she was leaving. Does this mean she likes me and has increasing affection for me? Or, is she just getting more used to me, do just regular friends do this too? This is the first time she's voluntarily touched me. What do you think, explain more in depth and share other thoughts. Thanks.

Did I do the right thing when my girlfriend cried on my shoulder?

I was at my girlfriends house, we were watching a movie, then she went out and went to the bathroom or something (me still on her bed watching the movie) when I heard her step mum yell at her a bit. They had a fight that seemed pretty big.

When she came back into the room, she seemed slightly angered, I asked what it was all about and she just said "nothing" I didn't mind.

Then we were watching the movie again, her half lying on my shoulder/ chest when I heard her breathing getting shaky I guess you could call it. Then she started crying, trying not to, but not being able to stop. All I did was hold her tighter and sort of gently stroke her hair (not as creepy as it may sound)

After a little bit she was ok. But I felt as though I should have done more or said something.

She's always told me she never cries. It was the first time I'd ever seen her sad. If she gets upset she always turns it to anger. But not this time.

She's also been slightly emotionly shut off, but that's because her last boyfriend was a complete c**t. He messed with her a lot and made it hard for her to trust.

But back to the main point, did I do the right thing?

Ps, a little while after we went out and had dinner with her step mum and it was all fine, although her step mum was trying to be exceptionally nice after they did have that fight.

She always tells me how her step mums a bit*h. Especially when her dad isn't there, and he's away for a few weeks for work.

(sorry for venting a lot in this question) thanks.

Why does my shoulder keep dislocating?

you may have damaged your labrum you should see an ortho surgeon they can confirm this i did the same thing wrestling but i did it so bad that in the car if i hit a bump mine would pop out.
BTW the labrum is the cartilage ring/ ligament that holds the ball joint of your shoulder socket in place, with a tear in it at the point of the tear is wear the shoulder can pop out of place as there is nothing holding it in

Why does my shoulder still hurt a year after having the last of 2 rotator cuff surgeries?

Perhaps your muscles are still in the process of healing. Different people recover at different paces. If you can, maybe it is best to do some simple stretches for your shoulders and upper back to relax your tight muscles and improve your blood circulation. Here are 5 of the best and most common stretches for your upper back.Standing Wall StretchStand straight in front of a wallRaise your arms until your palms are touching the wallKeeping your arms straight, push the wall until you feel a comfortable pull in your upper backHold this pose for 10-15 secondsGently release back to your original positionRepeat 8 timesArm SlidesStand straight against a wall with your arm at your sides and palms facing outSlide your arms to your sides but keep them leaned back on the wallSlide your arms as high as you can reach while still keeping them flat on the wallHold this pose for 12-15 secondsGently release back to your original positionRepeat 5 timesScapular SqueezeSit down at the edge of a chair with your feet flat on the floorSqueeze your shoulder blades together until you feel a comfortable pull in your upper backHold this pose for 8-10 secondsGently release back to your original positionRepeat 16 timesButterfly WingsSit down with your feet flat on the floorTouch your left shoulder with your right palmTouch your right shoulder with your left palmWith your palms still touching your shoulders, pull your elbows back until you feel a comfortable pull in your upper backHold this pose for 10-15 secondsGently release back to your original positionRepeat 3 timesArm ReachGet down on your knees and let your palms touch the floorWhile looking at the floor, raise your left arm forward, parallel to the floorRaise your right leg backward, also parallel to the floorHold this pose for 8 secondsGently put your left arm and right leg downRepeat on the other sideRemember not to force yourself if doing these stretches hurt your shoulders more.
