Assault can be as simple as touching another person against their will since you cannot shave them forcefully without touching them you are guilty of assault if they were drunk and passed out you proceeded without their consent so assault charge would prevail

A big factor is probably how much time they will need to be filming scenes as the bald character. Michael Rosenbaum played Lex Luthor on Smallville. For about seven years he shaved his head to play the character. Then he left the show for three seasons and returned for the final episode. He wasn't going to shave his head again for just a few days work, so in the final episode he wore a bald cap.Actresses probably have less choice in the matter. There was no way Karen Gillan was going to be able to fit her long red lustrous locks under a bald cap, so she had to shave her head for the upcoming Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy.And then there are cases like this.Twenty years from now, it might all be done digitally.

Some of this occurred with enlistment into one of the 4 branches of the United States military or armed forces. The traditional crew cut or Semper Fi bowl haircut is usually abandoned after an enlist reaches their 1st year or perhaps attains or earns the rank of PFC 1st class or corporal. Moreover, some police and sheriffs departments also require that the facial hair and the head be neat and closely cropped to the scalp. Since some enlists going through the boot camp in the military or police academy worn stylish haircuts in the past , they often just shave their heads bald. The other reason is because you're required to wear a cap or hat that is, the part of decorum with the branch you identify with accordingly. Hence, uniform means the individual and his peers must be in synchronization in cadence and attire. The hair is a part of this process.Alopecia or hair loss is another possible reason. Can you have facial hair at FMTB-East?
As long as you are complying with Navy grooming standards it will not be a problem. I just completed a school at Camp Johnson and observed the Field Med students on the base. I saw several of them rocking a stache. The instructors will be more concerned with ensuring the Corpsmen do not fall out of the hikes.
