Bin Laden never took responsibility for the attacks - in fact he denied it multiple times. As for the alleged video of him discussing the attacks...if you take a look at the video you will see it looks nothing like him - the greyness of his beard has totally changed, the length of his beard, the age marks (of course comparing this to other video's of him released in the weeks following 9/11). Furthermore, as a logical thinking human being, can you really believe that somehow U.S intelligence obtained that video of him the day after the attacks in a random bunker, but couldn't catch him or any of his compadres? The way American's are acting with the news of his death is sickening. The very reason that all these countries in the middle east hate us so much because of our ignorance. He was a figurehead, a master of political propaganda. Please anyone else who posts with their radical "oh I love America so much and for you to say that the government lied makes you a nutjub" get a clue. There was a film of Osama bin Lauden coming to see an important man in Afghanistan. He sat with him and had some tea - and they talked about putting together the attacks on the World Trade Center. Osama laughted at how he had caused the Trade Center to fall down. I saw the film. It was shown on tv news some weeks after the attacks. Of course we can always claim it was faked, but it looked awfully real to me. Then there were pictures from the airport of the hijackers who we know by name coming into the airplanes which they then hijacked. And yes - these were Arab guys - Arabians, not Iraqis or Afghanistani. They were middle class guys - not poor people or stupid people. These were educated Arabians.... Again feel free to believe what you will. It is fun to believe something nuts, but does it approach the truth. And Li'l Bush was partly at fault. Bush is a religious fanatic moron, and he hated Clinton. So anything set up by Clinton to safeguard the country was entirely ignored. We had plenty of testimony to Congress about this very thing. Li'l Bush entirely ignored Clinton's anti-terrorist machinery - he ignored warnings from the FBI - he ignored warnings from his own friends and his own staff. Dr. Noam Chomsky told Press TV a couple of years ago that at the time of the Afghanistan invasion, the USA had no evidence that Osama had done 9/11. By one report, Osama had offered to turn himself in to a neutral nation for trial about 9/11, but this offer was refused by the USA.In the spring of 2002, the FBI Director told the San Francisco Commonwealth Club that the FBI after exhaustive examination of seized al Qaeda documents, had not found a single piece of paper connecting al Qaeda to the 9/11 attacks.Later an FBI spokesman (Rex Tombs) said that Osama's "Wanted" poster did not list 9/11 as one of his crimes because they did not have sufficient evidence to charge him. After the raid on Osama's compound in Pakistan, Dr. Chomsky opined that Osama had done 9/11, but was killed because the USA did not have sufficient evidence to convict him in court.

I became suspicious immediately on the day of 9/11 because Bush announced on television about one hour after the attack that Bin Laden was responsible. Every other terrorist attack takes at least a week to solve, before announcements are made about who did it. From then on Bush was a little too enthusiastic about his 'crusade' (his own word on day two) in the Middle East. Also, watching three buildings collapse in the exact manner of controlled demolitions was a little strange. From then, the plot thickens....
