About 29,430 men will die from prostate cancer in any given year. Why aren't there marches, major fund raisers and media coverage of this killing affliction like there is for breast cancer? Does society view men as less important than women?

Society absolutely does not view men as less important than women. The difference is actually in part because of sex appeal. This is apparent in campaigns like “save the boobies”, “I-Heart-Boobies”, or even “save second base” - why focus so much on the breasts instead of the person, especially when removing the breasts can save the patient’s life? People are incredibly focused on breast cancer based on archaic notions of beauty - feminists are actually very opposed to this excessive focus on breast cancer awareness. Not to mention it can negatively impact patient care. There are, however, some legitimate reasons for focusing on breast cancer more than prostate cancer. For one, women’s health was almost entirely neglected for centuries in favor of the sweeping diagnoses of “hysteria” and a “wandering uterus” Additionally, breast cancer kills about 40,000 people in the United States per year. it also has a slightly lower survival rate. The 5-year survival rate for most men with local or regional prostate cancer is almost 100%. Ninety-eight percent (98%) are alive after 10 years, and 96% live for at least 15 years. For men diagnosed with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, the 5-year survival rate is 29%. (Prostate Cancer - Statistics)This 29% 5-year survival rate for metastatic prostate cancer is around 7% higher than the 22% 5-year survival rate for metastatic breast cancer. The 5-year relative survival rate for women with stage 0 or stage I breast cancer is close to 100%.For women with stage II breast cancer, the 5-year relative survival rate is about 93%.The 5-year relative survival rate for stage III breast cancers is about 72%. But often, women with these breast cancers can be treated successfully.Breast cancers that have spread to other parts of the body are more difficult to treat and tend to have a poorer outlook. Metastatic, or stage IV breast cancers, have a 5-year relative survival rate of about 22%. Why is cancer so common now? Cancer use to be this strange disease that appeared to be rare. Why?

I've had 5 family members on my mom's side (including her mother and my mom's siblings) to pass away from cancer stretching from about the 1970's-2009. My mother passed in October of 2009 of this revenging disease. I'm still very hurt and have morbid thoughts of whether I will be next.
Why is all this happening?

Why are misogynist charities like Movember legal, when they entirely ignore women's issues?

According to Oxford Living Dictionaries (2017) a “misogynist” is a person who dislikes, despises, or is strongly prejudiced against women. Now Oxford Dictionaries are one of the world’s most if not the world’s most credible dictionaries in the world.Lets apply this meaning to the Movember community. All the Movember community do is bring awareness to major men’s health issues just like we already do for women in women’s charities. Men’s health is drastically underfunded in just about all countries around the world.Movember encourages men to grow moustaches to raise money for men’s health issues such as prostate cancer which is a major killer of men as well as testicular cancer and the out of control poor mental health rates in men around the world, men in general around the world have extremely poor rates of mental health and just about nothing is being done to fix this other than charities like Movember, it has actually become a problem so big words can’t describe it. There is very little of this kind of funding towards research etc for men.Movember is doing good things, it is not a misogynist charity. It does not hate women at all. It is just focused on solving these health issues which is not being misogynistic.Actually you could even argue Movember is helping women as well? Why because wifes loose their husbands to these problems men face, daughters loose their fathers, sons also loose their dads and mothers loose their sons among many more due to these problems in men’s health. So at the end of the day everybody wins.If you think Movember only focusing on men’s health issues is misogynist and it should not exist then neither should any of the women’s only health charities, neither should women’s only gyms, neither should anything that is only for women as well because by your logic that would be misandry. Also yes, misandry does exist and it is a massive problem, just as bigger problem as misogyny is and Movember is not misogyny in any way whatsoever.Just remember there are very few to no charities for men compared to what there are for women so starting more for men than we currently have is only evening up the numbers.References:misogynist | Definition of misogynist in English by Oxford Dictionaries
