You can find instructional sheets on how to draw pretty much anything on Pinterest. they have video links as well. Your library can be a great source as well. In school we started by learning to draw the bones of feet and hands, then muscles in various positions prior to a complete hand. Understanding the mechanics can add depth to your drawings. Copying master drawings or those in books can show you various ways of expressing a 3D object in 2D on paper as well as adding flare. Foreshortening (perspective) is of huge importance when drawing the figure as well as hands and feet. Trying to draw your own hand & feet daily while learning from other means maybe frustrating yet will ultimately take your skills to a higher level through taking what you are learning and applying it to new problems you create and solve.
