Thank you Belkin's tech support. Linksys is ok, but I have not dropped by their tech support yet, so I don't really know. Signal? ah, they're alright. But I miss my Belkin adapter though. I don't know if they have my wireless adapter for that model driver updated yet. It's a fcc id: k75-f5d7050B. A couple years ago when I bought my first computer, I bought a Belkin Wireless Adapter to get internet off our modem conveniently. Since then, I have lost of the discs to install it, and the guides to my knowledge. The adapter is an "Enhanced Wireless USB Adapter", model: F6D4050. The computer mentioned has been used by my brother since then, and he's now going to get another hand-me-down from me. The problem here is that we cannot get the wireless adapter to work with the computer, regardless of the one disc that we do have. I've also tried online and downloaded what appeared to be a driver to make it work, but alas it still isn't doing anything. The disc that I do have in my possession is the router disc- but we don't have the router anymore, so it's kind of useless. The adapter still works with the current router though, on the original computer. Any help is welcome, thanks.
