How do you enable a disabled iPhone?
Its simple this happened to me at a friends house he put down a password so many times it just disabled anyone from using it thinking it's not the owner. Connect to I-tunes and re-sync. If that doesn't work do a backup and restore. And if it won't give you permission do what i say. Steps will be below.(when doing this make sure your computer is on) 1. Turn off your i-phone 2. When off hold the home button(the only button on the front) 3. While holding the home button connect it 4. This will put it into recovery mode 5. A pop up will ask if you want to restore in i-tunes 6. It will open up i-tunes and restore to a past restore point. 7. It should be like a new phone. 8. After re-sync to get your apps and music back WARNING you will lose all your contacts this way.

My iphone is disabled! I forgot my password! HELP?
I recently got a iPhone 5s and I managed to forget my password already... ughh *facepalm*. It says "connect to iTunes" but when I connect it says "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes". Do you see my problem? I don't mind resetting my phone/ deleting everything (I havent had it for long enough to have anything important on it) as long as I can open it! Thank you!
Iphone 5 disabled 23 million minutes?
so my dad forgot the password to his old iphone 5 and he put in the wrong code so many times i guessed it locked him out for 23 million minutes. I can't back up the phone on itunes because i never connected it to my computer and now it requires for me to go on the phone and authorize the computer but i cant because the phone is locked. If i put it in recovery mode i can reset the phone but i cant back it up and i dont want to do that because then ill lose all my contacts and important info in there. Is there any way of fixing this without having to lose all my data?

This just happened to me a few days ago, luckily I remembered my password for iCloud. Anyways, I called apple and they told me to go to http://Iforgot.apple.id.com type in your information and when it asks him to type in his phone number there should be a button that says “I don’t have access to this number” you should be able to put in your number instead of his. You’ll have to wait 24 hours after doing this and then you’ll get a text / call when you can reset the password. after the 24 hours he can keep checking how much time is left on the iforgot website, sometimes it takes 2 days .. sometimes a week. After that there should be an option where he can verify the credit card he has on file for his iTunes.
