Disguise Me Need To Not Be Recognized While Taking Exam

I need a gyno exam!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!?

it's better if you odn't know but i will let you know so you don't get so shocked.
the breast exam is basically the docter feeling your boobs.
pelvic is when the doctor feels your vagina inside and out he will stick two fingers in to check around
pap smear the doctor will insert a speculum to open your vagina and then use a swab to scrape some cells and they send that to the lab to check for std's
bimanual i think is when the doctor puts fingers in your vagina and presses on ure lower stomach for any unusual feeling
rectal is when the doctor sticks his finger in you butt hole (rectum) to check for any bumps, and you might feel the urge to use the bathroom when they do that so they usually give u a suppository which is a little waxy item the doctor will insert into your rectum to make you use the restroom so you will be cleaned out and wont go during the exam even though you will feel the urge to.
a rectovaginal exam is a digital rectal exam i believe that inserts some sort of camera in your rectum to check for anything wrong.

the nurse should take you through the steps. more descriptively. not to scare you or anything this does hurt but you won't die.
im me and i will explain more.
good luck

First gyno exam tomorrow?

They will likely do a pelvic exam. It's a bit surprising that you've never had one, even if you are not sexually active.

A pelvic exam does involve "feet in the stirrups." Physicians are highly sensitive to the situation and do everything they can to help you relax and be comfortable. The doc will be in the room as well as a nurse.

It is nerve-wracking, no matter how many times you go through it (and you should, annually). But it's over and done quick-quick. No big deal.

Good luck!

Should I get a gyno exam?

If you're only 14 or so and not sexually active, you don't need to go now. You go when you are 18, are having some sort of female problem such as bad cramps, are planning to be sexually active, or have become sexually active, whatever comes first. A gyno appointment is uncomfortable and weird, but it's not horrible. If you have never done anything sexually, it is weirder than if you have.

A tutorial:
They take your weight, they take your blood pressure. They leave the room and you take off all your clothes except your socks and put on a crappy backless gown. The doctor comes back in. She listens to your heart and lungs, then pushes on your abdomen to feel your organs. She looks at your breasts, then feels them with the tips of her fingers, looking for lumps. It's not sexual at all, but if you're not expecting it, it will creep you out. Then she'll have you lie back on the table, and put your feet in these metal stirrups. If you are self conscious, this is mortifying. Try to relax, because it will be less uncomfortable if you chill. She will put a bunch of lubricant on you down there. The next part is unpleasant. She will insert a metal thing with a crank on it into your body to spread the sides apart. This may feel like nothing, or it may hurt, but it feels better if you relax. She will then swab you with this Q-tip looking thing, look around a little more, then uncrank you and let you go. Get to a bathroom soon afterwards, to wipe off the lube, or you will be sliding around all day. If you view it as a medical test, rather than a violation, it will be less unpleasant, I promise.

Can a blood test detect old and new alcohol use?

Yes, by direct and indirect evidence. Here you'll find comprehensive overviews on all kinds of testing (breath, urine, blood, and hair) for evidence of heavy alcohol use defined as >60 units/week: Alcohol Testing - What are the options?  and Testing to establish a history of excessive alcohol use | Family Law Forensic Testing Specialists | www.forensic-testing.co,uk | Forensic-Testing.co.uk Blood alcohol levels are very often done to document alcohol intoxication after an on the spot screening breath test tested positive, but they wane quickly, often after 3 hours the levels aren't elevated anymore, see the tables of blood levels after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hours for the units alcohol drunk versus the male's body weight  BAC Tables (Blood Alcohol Content Tables), this links to the women's BAC Tables (Blood Alcohol Content Tables) We also screen for liver functions, if normal the likelihood of having had much alcohol use in the recent past is very, very low: so called negative predictive value of between 83 to 91%.  If abnormal it could also have been for other reasons e.g. non alcoholic fatty liver.  We can also screen blood for "%CDT" = percentage of carbohydrate deficient transferrin see A useful test for monitoring alcohol use: alcohol inhibits the liver from coupling a carbohydrate to transferrin molecules, so somebody drinking alcohol have less than normal normal transferrin molecules linked to a carbohydrate side chain.  These carbohydrate deficient molecules normally make up 1 - 2% of the transferrin found in the body, if higher than 2.6% we consider the person to be a heavy drinker, we find this value of higher in 50 - 70% of the heavy drinkers, conversely, one in every person testing >2.6% isn't a heavy drinker at all (false positive).  It correlates with alcohol use during the last two weeks. For longer periods up to 12 months hair strand testing is done, the interpretation of the result of testing for two alcohol specific markers being ethyl glucuronide EtG and Fatty Acid Ethyl Esther FAEE, althought interpretation of the result can be problematic.  Here they define heavy drinking as >7 units/day.  One can artificially lower the EtG content of the hair by frequently shampooing the hair.

MtF hormones, I have to wait, how much of a difference will it make?

There probably won't be a lot of difference between starting at 17, or starting at 18. If I recall correctly, my male puberty was completed by the time I was 17. Of course, you do get more masculine as you progress through your teens into your twenties, but the major changes wrought by testosterone (deeper voice, larger skeleton, facial hair) have already finished. Starting HRT at 18 usually gives one excellent results. Your height is well above the female average, but tall women are very much admired these days. Most shorter women wish they were taller. I'm also 6'-1", and aside from not really being able to wear heels, I don't mind it. There are many advantages to being tall.

HRT, over time, can change your body quite a lot. When I started transition, I was 175 lbs of solid muscle with a 16" neck, 44" chest, 14" biceps, and a 33" waist. I was very athletic, and had well defined muscles, prominent veins, etc. After 2 years on hormones (along with some strong dieting) I now weight 150 lbs, my neck is 14", my chest is 36.5" (A cup), my waist is 29", my hips are 37", and my biceps are 12". All the veins are gone, my skin is smooth and clear, my shoulders look normal for a woman my size, and I put on a good amount of fat on my butt and thighs. I lost a lot of strength (at least 30%) and I have less energy than before, but I'm a million, billion times happier.

My face still has a masculine bone structure, but I am rarely seen as male by strangers. I plan on getting FFS (brow bone, nose and chin) but if I had to live without it, I could. Noses are an easy fix.

You might want to see if you can somehow get on a testosterone blocker. That will help to greatly slow down any remaining changes testosterone might impart to you body, without causing any feminization.
