Ex wife still uses his union health insurance...?

Does the divorce decree allow her to be on his health insurance? He's got to read the fine print. How can he not know she was on his insurance without paying the premiums? Did he ever contact the health insurance to let them know he was divorced? Can i sue my ex for not paying health insurance on the kids?

you need to get an attorney, gather your divorce decree and custody/support order, all of your receipts, and anything else you have and go to court. I don't know if you can force him to pay you for the costs of the copay and deductible, because you opted to put them on your husband's insurance, but you definitely can take his butt back to court, bring the issue back to a judge, and see if the judge will enforce the original order, the one where he's responsible for their health insurance. that way your husband can take them off of his work insurance, if that's even possible. you can bring back up the issue of his arrears also. didn't the state address this whenever you put the children on medicade? don't they seek out the other parent, especially when there's already an order for him to pay for insurance. you have a good case, get an attorney and take the deadbeat to court.
