Dizzy And Tingling In Hands And Feet

Dizziness and fingers tingling?

okay i should first start off by saying i am a hypochondriac and i have thought that i have had a brain tumor for the past 2 months now, i have been having dizzy spells for like over a month now, they are off and on and sometimes really bad like usually when driving, its hard to say what kind of dizziness i am feeling but it feels like tingling and a detachment like i am almost like a "zombie" or something, i have also had tingling in my fingertips, at first just on my left hand and now right, this to comes and goes, also, at night and when looking at a computer screen i see like a glow of another light around stuff like traffic lights or neon signs almost to the point where i am seeing like a double of the light. i have been to a dr. but since i am a hypochondriac he is not worried about it, what could this be?

What could be causing my foot pain, hand pain, and dizzy spells?

Your foot pain can be released this way:
Pull that foot up into your lap. Take both hands and keep them about one inch apart for this. Place them at the bottom of your leg so that they can grab the tendon of the big muscle between fingers and thumb. Press down hard on the tendons and hold.
Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don' tense up any part of your body.
After 30 seconds pull your toes up as far as they will go and hold. Remove the pressure but hold your body there for one minute more.
Then you must be having headaches to go along with the pain you are experiencing.
To get rid of that pain do the following. Take your hand and place it by your head so that you can shove your thumb in under your ear unto the muscle there. Then wrap your fingers around the back of the muscle group and pull them together and hold tightly.
Relax again. When the muscle releases it will go limp in your hand, keep moving your hand so the first half of the muscles are released. Then do the same on the other side. If you continue to have any other pains let me know and I will help with them.
