Do All Cons Think The President Is The Leader Of The Legislative Branch

Why do right-wingers blame the leader of the executive branch instead of the leaders of the legislative branch?

Because many do not know that Congress writes and passes bills and not the president. Many think that the president is all powerful.

Pros/Cons of Congress Legislative Process?

Can anybody tell me what some of the Pros/Cons (advantages/disadvantages) of the Legislative Process in Congress are? I'm having trouble finding information on this...or any website/references would help!!

What are the advantages and disadvantages of a presidential system and a parliamentary system?

In the parliamentary system the party with the most seats is asked to form the Government. In the Presidential system the President forms the Government regardless of how many seats his party holds in the House or Senate.Parliamentary system have a Prime Minister (the leader of the party with the most seats), Presidential systems have a President of course. In the Parliament system, a vote of non confidence in the House may result in the Government falling and a new one is chosen usually after an election. The Government has to present new bills to the House for their review and approval. There is no such thing as a vote of non confidence in a Presidential system. The President in a Presidential system can refuse to sign a bill (Veto) but can be overridden by the Congress. There is no veto in the Parliamentary system.

Which branch of government is most powerful?

It should be the legislative branch and more specifically the House of Representatives, the house of Congress that (should) most closely follow the will of the people. They are elected every 2 years in equally populated congressional districts. But unfortunately its not. It is the executive branch and more specifically the president. I think its human nature for the masses to assign a leadership role to a single individual. This was something the framers of the constitution wanted to avoid, but it became unavoidable. It comforting (for some reason) to have a guy to blame (or to credit) for what is going on in the country and the world. What is unfortunate about that is that there should never be just one guy with that much power.

What's the job of the executive branch?

The legislative branch passes laws, and the executive branch enacts the laws, that is they control the operations of the government.
The chief executive is the head of the organization.
