Do Anyone Love Literature But Occasionally Play A Video Game

What makes the game ‘Doki Doki Literature Club!’ scary (if it is)?

Here’s a question. How far have you played the game, if at all? Spoilers ahead, so beware. The best way to experience the game is to go into it blind. If you haven’t played it, I’m serious. Play it............Or you can just watch a youtuber play it. Your choice.DDLC is a psycological horror. None of this:Plenty of this:This is Sayori, your best friend. She just committed suicide. On the day of the festival, Sayori commits suicide. This marks the end of Act 1, which is generally seen as a bubbly dating sim - that is, until Sayori claims she has depression. Things get pretty emotional from there on, but nothing changes - until Sayori’s sudden death, which marks the abrupt end of Act 1. The game crashes, and reboots.Oops, wait. Reboot the game again…and Sayori is missing on the title screen. Act 2 just gets worse from here on in.Sayori’s gone. She’s never existed. Natsuki starts glitching outAnd Yuri turns into an obsessive creepShe eventually commits suicide as well.Turns out, Monika, the club president (who is a bit of a Yandere), has murdered everyone else by hacking their minds. She knows she’s in a game. She loved you, yet she was unable to have you, as the game didn’t allow it. So she began eliminating the competition. And guess what? Her motivations…make sense. When’s the last time you’ve killed an in game NPC? Did you feel bad about it? If the NPC was a character that you liked, yeah. But what about some random enemy mook? Didn’t they have friends and family? Every time the game is turned off, Monika is placed into a limbo. A hell. Where she exists…but only sort of. It sucks. That’s why she took such desperate measures. To defeat Monika, you have to go into the game files to delete her, just like she did with everyone else. Angry at first, but she shows legitimate remorse. She allows herself to die and allow her friends to come back to life.In act 4, things seem happy. Yay! It’s so great! Sayori’s the club president, and it’s a happy ending!Yeah…no.Turns out, the position of Club president is inherently corrupting. Sayori gains sentience, and becomes the new Monika. Luckily, Monika, who isn’t quite dead, deletes Sayori and the entire club, before erasing the game, and herself along with it.Whew! What a happy ending! Where everyone is not dead!Oh, and here’s my playthrough of DDLC:Doki Doki Literature Club playthrough - YouTube

For gamers, can you list 5 video games people would judge you for playing, and why?

Grand Theft Auto (any series)Do I need to explain why? So many people think the GTA series incites violence and give kids bad influence. I do not want to defend it, I just enjoy playing these games because they provide a free-roaming world, so many activities, and quite realistic environments (even though with ridiculous/funny physics). Hey, they’re really funny! Watch this.Overwatch“Why do you even pay for such a very simple game?” Sorry, people. I like paying Blizzard (once) to play Overwatch since I like a first-person-shooter (FPS) game with colorful theme, beautiful characters, and many beautiful arts/back-stories. I don’t like playing freemium games with half-baked animation and illustrations especially if the characters are gloomy and ugly.Visual novels (VN) that I like: Clannad, Fate Stay/Night, and Tsukihime“Seriously, Will? Are you even playing a game or reading texts on the screen? Let alone mentioning the pornographic content (hentai) in it.” I like reading the story that is more comprehensive and original compared to the anime/manga under that same title because VN was the original source of the story.Truck simulator games“Why do you even waste time driving so long in a virtual world?” Because truck driving spends a lot of time in-game. At least I can learn and appreciate what truckers do in those businesses in real life. I also enjoy driving (with so many transmission gears) and the challenge of meeting the delivery deadline and parking the trucks.Hack-n-slash action like Devil May Cry series and Bayonetta“Wow, there are bloods and monsters everywhere.” Yeah, I like mashing the buttons for my enjoyment because hack-n-slash is not as difficult as fighting games for mashing buttons. Even my sister enjoys playing with me in Dynasty/Samurai Warriors Series.P.S.: People around me are not a whole people in general.

Does anyone know where i can look up questions online?

The site you are looking for is www.pinkmonkey.com or you can look at www.sparknotes.com. These sites offer some free on-line notes on literature similar to Cliff's Notes which I think also has an on-line version now.

Top 10 reasons to love/hate Pop music?

10 reasons to love pop music

1. It is catchy and fun.
2. Many pop songs make for wonderful dance music.
3. Pop music can lift your spirit.
4. There are meaningful lyrics in many pop songs, and I must add that not all pop songs are happy... many are sad, life learning, and full of sorrow. Although, once again... a lot of pop songs can lift your spirit. Make a bad day better. Music does have an effect on mood.
5. For me, many pop songs have childhood memories attached. So, I guess nostalgia is a reason for me. Everytime I hear "girls just wanna have fun" on the radio, I think of childhood days spent with my aunt.
6. There are so many different styles of pop. From bubblegum pop to soul pop to pop punk to psychedelic pop. NOT ALL POP MUSIC IS THE SAME.
