I assume your headphones are made of a white plastic housing. Some types of plastic are sensitive to UV light - from the sun for example. This will eventually turn the white color yellow over time. This miscoloring is usually on the surface, and it is possible to remove by using car polish that have fine abrasive powder in it. The polish will also reduce the miscoloring, but it is not a guarantee it will prevent miscoloring totally.Be careful with your choise of polish. Some may rubb the surface to much so it gets matte. You need to polish it again with a finer polish to make it shine as new.Also, polishing will probably remove decals or painted patterns and text.
