Do Chelsea Boots Run Small

How are ASOS branded chelsea boots?

How well do they fit, how great are the quality of their boots, how comfortable are they on the feet for a whole day?

I've been eyeing this pair http://www.asos.com/asos/asos-chelsea-boots-in-stone-suede-with-back-pull-wide-fit-available/prd/5698853?iid=5698853&clr=Stone&SearchQuery=&cid=19841&pgesize=36&pge=1&totalstyles=213&gridsize=3&gridrow=5&gridcolumn=3 but I don't really see any reviews on it.

If this sucks, then could you recommend to me another brand with the same or at least close colors to this pair with a close price range? Thanks!

Do tan colour leather Chelsea boots look good on men?

I've seen some boots at a really low knock down price. They are 70 pounds down to 22. They are Chelsea slip on ankle boots, in tan leather. I'm a 39 year old man, fairly confident in his dress sense. I'm thinking they would look good with a dark pair of jeans. But what kind of jacket? Two questions. Thanks.

Tall boots bruising leg?

When you purchase long boots you always need to squat up and down to see if they will cut into the top of your leg.

You can take them to a cobbler and have them shortened.

As for the boots creasing this is because they are probably not treed up when not in use. If you invest in tall boots it is worth investing in trees for them.

What is the use of the small loop present on the rear end of each running shoe?

Another great use for the loop, although probably not part of its original design, is to hang them on the washing line.I will admit my reluctance to put expensive, highly engineered footwear through a machine, (I only ever do it in extreme circumstances,) I have never been disappointed in the results.Without the loop, (and a couple of carabiners,) the only way to hang them out securely is through the laces. Which is fine until a strong wind pulls them through and your shoe dries with the toes all squished up.Never dry them on a radiator!

I want to buy a pair of Dr martens boots. Since I usually wear EU 38, should I order size 7 or 8 (there is no 7.5)?

In my experience, with Dr. Martens boots, U.S. size 7 translates to U.K. size 4 and U.S. size 8 translates to U.K. size 5. Many sources will tell you that a U.S. 7 equals a U.K. 5 and a U.S. 8 equals a U.K. 6, but for me anyway that is not the case with Dr. Martens shoes. My shoe size is a solid U.S. size 8, with me just occasionally being able to wear a U.S. 7.5, and a U.K. size 5 Dr. Martens boot is the perfect fit for me. I would probably recommend a U.K. size 5 for you as well. There’s a good chance you’ll need to wear thicker socks for a good fit, but with thicker socks, I’d bet you’d have the right fit. If you went down to a U.K. size 4 (U.S. 7) I think it would be just a little too much on the small side for you. Could work with thin socks, but if I were you I’d size up to a U.K. 5. Can’t guarantee that what I’m saying is what’s going to work best for you, but from my own experience owning and wearing multiple pairs of Dr. Martens, that’s what I would tell you.

Do UGG boots run big? How do you know what size to get?

Q: Do UGG boots run big? How do you know what size to get?A: Originally answered question regarding half sizes. Edited and updated here:As to fit, Uggs run true to size. But what really is true to size? Here is the Ugg size chart for women:Here is Zappo’s chart for conversions:We see that both size 7s are 9.25″. That is true to size.Uggs sizing information can be found here.Notes for how the boots should fit:UGG Australia footwear should be snug – but not uncomfortable.UGG Australia footwear is designed to be worn barefoot to maximize the cushioning and warmth of the sheepskin. The fleece footbed will mold to the natural contours of your foot, creating a personalized arch support. The natural properties of wool will wick moisture away to ensure dry and cozy feet. Wool fleece helps maintain body temperature, making UGG Australia footwear appropriate for all climates. In fact, the wool will keep your feet warm down to -30 F and cool up to 80 FHalf size informationUgg recommends that you order down if you are a half size. In theory, I am a size 8.5 W. So for me, based on Ugg recommendation, I should wear a size 8. When I did that, the size 8 was snug but comfortable. After about a year or so of wear, the toe started wearing thin to the point that there is now a hole in it.I ordered the size up, a size 9. It was only slightly large and still comfortable. After some wear they slide some, but replacing the sole insert helps to get the fit back.I admit that the size 8 was quite comfortable and a better fit, with proper support to the foot. It was only slightly snug because of the fleece lining allowing for a bit larger foot.
