Do Eating At 2 30 Am Count As Yesterday Calories

Eating 1400 calories a day will I lose weight??

Quite a while, be patient. Just focus on about 5 pounds a time, and you will see results and not get discouraged. It is good you are starting exercise, because very little will come off without it. Don't starve yourself, and eat healthy small portions frequently to keep your energy up.
You will definitely lose weight on 1400 calories a day, but how quickly it all comes off really can't be measured because it all depends on how many calories you are using every day.

1500 calories in for the day so why am i starving still?

That's not enough calories. Start with 2000 calories, and then go down to 1700, then 1500 and eventually 1200, but any calorie counting is not realistic for permanent weight loss. You have to workout too. No offense, but your height and weight sound thick and sexy. Have a great day.

I'd like to start counting my calorie intake?

Can't help you on how many calories you should be eating, I'm still unsure of that myself, but calories are quite easy to find out.

Some products have calories in the nutritional information section on the box, but most don't, however you can easily (Depending on your math skill!) calculate it yourself. 1 Calorie is approximately 4.2 Kilojoules, and all products will tell you how many kilojoules (kj) it contains. I just round down to 4 to save some effort.

For example, food item has 400 Kilojoules, 400/4 = 100 calories in that food item. It's pretty simple to figure out really.

The only thing is fresh food such as fruit/vegetables or things that aren't in commercial packaging will not have labels to tell you how many kj they contain which is where http://caloriecount.about.com/ comes in handy. That website has pretty much every type of food and can tell you how many calories are in it.

Hope this helps and good luck!

If you throw up within 30 minutes of eating, how many calories do you lose of the food you ate?

This question has already been answered by people and they are correct but there's too much information which isn't necessary so I'll just a give a simplified version. It depends on the type of vomit.Vomits can be dry or wet and the type depends on what you consume.Dry vomit does not usually expell all the food out while wet vomits expel liquids out after which you gag but nothing comes out and the suction then tear your throat and stomach lining and you vomit blood. So if your vomit consists of mostly food then approximately 5060% of your intake has been expelled while with wet vomits it's usually 80–90% of your intake.

What would happen if I eat 300 calories a day for a month?

I had a diet relatively close to this for a short period of time in my early twenties so I can tell you what happened to me:Obviously you will lose weight. How much you lose will depend on how much you weigh when you start. For me it was about 1 pound a day at the beginning and went to 2 pounds a week towards the endI got stress headaches. Dull headaches which started at 2pm every day and lasted until the end of the day.You will move more slowly as your body struggles to find the energy to keep going. I found my walking speed slowed considerably.Trouble standing up. Picture black stars and getting light headedObviously hungry all the timeObviously you obsess about food all dayPlus! Depending on what you eat and drink, skin clears upTrouble sleeping, constant insomniaInterestingly - no change in mind processing things. I was in college at the time I was doing this and I maintained my GPAWorld felt “gray”. I wasn’t as animated, everything felt plain, boringLost muscle tone because I didn’t have enough energy to exercise.

Am I anorexic (I eat about 750 calories a day)?

I have a very strict diet and count calories religiously. Usually, I eat: under 200 for breakfast; 30 at snack; 170 or under for lunch; 130 or under for second snack; and 200 at dinner. Most days, I eat about 730 calories. On a "bad" day, it's closer to 780. Am I anorexic? Is this unhealthy?

Do calories count if you throw up within a hour?

No, i do not have an eating disorder just that i log my calorie intake everyday on my bodybugg program and i had thai food earlier and within a hour of having it i got super sick and thew it up and it was not self induced. Logically im thinking i shouldnt add it? I dont know...thats why im asking.

Gaining weight and eating less than 1000 calories?

Help me! I feel so fat! I don't feel like going out anywhere because I don't want people to see me. I'm 19, weigh 135lbs, 5'7".

My normal weekday routine is:
7:30am: Coffee with 1 c. 2% milk and a tb. of honey
9:30am: Pilates (1hr x3 days)
10:30am: 1 apple
12:30pm: Step aerobics (1hr x 3 days)
2:00pm: 1 c. cantaloupe and 2 c. tea
3-7pm: I work a stocking job
Dinner is usually a few bites of whatever is laying around, last night it was 1/4 of a bagel, a cup of soymilk, and 1/4 c. plain yogurt.
And I drink about 2 liters of water throughout the day.

Anyway, I'm gaining weight. Why? It's not muscle weight, I have new love handles!! I'm so disguisted with myself and I'm frustrated!
I'm adding a 1hr x 3 a week spinning class to my week.... but I'm just so tired of getting on the scale and being heavier every time and everyone I know eats way more than me....

Why am I gaining?
