why? don't boys have them too? check yourself. hehe. well, both sexes have boobs it's just that females have two that gets bigger during puberty that's because the body is starting to produce more estrogen which helps in giving the female body the lumps and curves that make them more feminine looking. it also inlfuence the development of the mammary glands which will enable the female to feed her baby.
I know that guys love booby hugs, but do girls like them?
it depends on the girl and their view on things. Plus their personallity. Some will push you off and ask you what the hell you are doing and others will just laugh and hug you back

yes. girls hate to think they are small chested dont say it in a pig headed way i mean like nice rack or something, but like wow your proportioned very well who ever your with is lucky sounds way better. it makes us think we have something all guys want.

I was at hooters a few days ago with my friends, and our waitress was a gorgeous, and well-endowed, of course. She would often lean over the table and put her breasts right next to our faces. She even asked as questions like, "Do you guys like my boobies?" and "You wanna know how big they are?" "Well I'll tell ya, babe, they're double D's, all natural." I know they do this as a job, but I figure they must get some personal satisfaction of being hot and having big **** that guys stare at.
