Does Hairburst really work and does it have any side effects?
Doubtful. People, or people's hair, don't need vitamins if they have a healthy diet. In fact there was recent research stating that taking a daily multivitamin was associated with a higher mortality rate. Hairburst appears to be an expensive multivitamin from an unknown Internet company whose marketing product hook is selected to be hair health. On a side note to me the Hairburst website looks like something that came from a graduate of a high school marketing class.
Do the chewable hairburst vitamins work?
It really depends on your personal nutritional situation. I looked at the nutrition label and while it has some good nutrients in it, no amounts were listed. I would imagine the highest amount of anything was biotin. You can try them, I mean, worst case scenario, your hair doesn't display a profound difference after 3 months and you stop using the product.I would suggest a hair vitamin that provides Collagen, Keratin and Biotin. Make sure you're also getting adequate calcium and minerals
How do you know vitamins are working?
In general with a good multi or daily vitamin strip you should noticeably feel better with more energy and vitality within 30 days. There are a lot of poorly made vitamins out there so if you're not feeling better try something else. The company I represent offers a feel better guarantee and an unconditional money back with their vitamin strip.http://allswellhealth.m.myshakle...
