Where can I buy Brazilian Blowout products wholesale?

I do not recommend it. THEY'RE ALL OVER THE NEWS. http://search.yahoo.com/search?ei=utf-8&...

Hair straighteners are known as hair relaxers, keratin treatments and hair-smoothing products. Relaxers made his/her hair FALL OUT!

2. She's 15. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

3. Google: Jennifer Aniston's Hair Disaster Nov. 6-13.
The reason Jen went for the ol' snip-a-roo wasn't to be on trend. It's because her hair is fried and falling out after getting a Brazilian Blowout. You know those amazing salon hair treatments that can make the thickest, frizziest hair Pantene commercial-esque? She didn't come to me for advice, I could have said "NO don't!"
It's been all over the news, but why wasn't her hairstylist informed her, they're partners in the new hair product, on which she is a spokesperson! Now embarrassing! Now, she's wearing hair extensions!

4. Beauty salon lied to her about RELAXER more gentle with great reviews . . . . the next day, her hair was falling out.

SHAME on you, if you're using them for your customers!

The BLOWOUT had been banned in CANADA, IRELAND, and they SHOULD BE BANNED IN THIS COUNTRY AS WELL.

By contrast, beauty salon owners and stylists generally lack a scientific background and don't have a keen awareness of the danger of working with products that contain formaldehyde, experts say. They are EXPOSING THEMSELVES WITH CHEMICALS as well!

Is the Brazilian Blowout/Keratin Treatment really dangerous?

Hey!
I read that the above treatments are dangerous for you health... but I really want to get it! Is it actually dangerous, and if so, how bad? What's wrong with it?
ALSO! are there any alternatives to this?

Keratin Hair Treatment vs Brazilian Blowout?

They are exactly the same thing. Brazilian Blow out is the brand name of a keratin smoothing treatment. The upkeep is just use a sulfate-free shampoo. A sulfate-free shampoo with keratin is the best option to make it last as long as possible. It will only last about 12 weeks if you maintain it. less than that if you use harsh drugstore shampoos. There's no way it will last 6 months.
The price will start at around $200, and go up from there based on how thick your hair is and how long is it. Personally I wouldn't bother getting this service. I REALLY wouldn't get a Brazilian Blowout. They are illegal in Canada, Asia, most of Europe and a few US states. That brand was tested to have toxic levels of formaldehyde. The majority of the keratin smoothing treatments will have small amounts of formaldehye, or as other brands like to call it a "formaldehye-derivative". Brazilian Blowout is banned in certain states and countries because a few people have died because of it. Usually because they had a pre-existing breathing problem like Asthma which made it really hard to breath with the fumes from the product during the blow dry and flat iron process. Some stylists will have you wear a mask during the entire process.
Also, it will ahve only a very small effect on your curls. remember it doesn't straighten hair, its a smoothing treatment. So all its designed to do is smooth the cuticle and tame frizz. If you want to soften your curl a little, you would still ahve to run a flat iron trhough your hair on a lower setting.
So $200 every 3 months is what you can expect to pay for less frizz. I usually talk my clients out of it and just give them a good smoothing creme or serum. A smoothing creme or smoothing serum will soften your curl a little. Some brands to look for. Milkshake Smoothing Creme, Bed Head After party, Rusk Str8 Smoothing Creme. Visit your local hair salon and see what products they have to offer.
Hope this helps :-)

How long should I wait before washing my hair after a brazilian blowout?

3 days. Try to avoid any type of humidity or water. Even exercising…because of sweating. Also don´t tie your hair with anything because it will mark it and stay that way… and avoid sleeping on it… so sleep sideways…It also depends if you had a real “Brazilian Blowout” or not. Because if you didn´t you don´t need to be so strict.Unfortunately due to potential health hazards most Brazilian Blowout products do not contain Formaldehyde anymore which is what really made it work…Even if they do, they don´t contain enough. It shouldn´t even be called a “Brazilian Blowout” if it doesn´t contain formaldehyde… it´s like calling a cake without chocolate a “Chocolate Cake” and selling it as one. Nowadays “Brazilian Blowouts” are a total ripoff… They use the name to charge you more but really what you are getting is a highly expensive Keratin deep conditioning.

What is the probability of getting cancer from Keratin?

what is the probability of getting cancer from Keratin?

im thinking of the keratin cure treatment and im wondering about

How do you maintain your hair after Brazilian Blowout for long lasting effect?

Not all hair is created equally. As a result, it’s critical you discuss specific post-Brazilian Blowout (BB) care with the hair professional who applies the treatment to your hair.Usually there is no waiting period from the time the Brazilian Blowout is completed until when you wet wash your hair. However, the longer you can wait after you have your Brazilian Blowout and you wet wash, the better.Depending upon your hair type, texture, length and overall condition you may require special care.I took classes in Brazilian Blowout in the past. Our BB trainer strongly suggested we recommend our Brazilian Blowout clients utilize the BB brand hair care products in order to receive maximum benefits for their hair.Although BB clients could conceivably use any type of hydrating shampoo and conditioner, if a hair client invested the time and money into a Brazilian Blowout, why not use their specially formulated products?BB has a great hydrating or volumizing shampoo and/or conditioner.Definitely any client should use the BB Ionic Bonding spray if they don’t use any other BB products.Keep in mind the more frequently you wet wash your hair and heat style it, the faster the treatment will wear off.Any client who performs regular heat styling should use any type of available BB heat protection product.Ask your Brazilian Blowout hair professional how frequently you should wet wash to keep hair clean, but also to extend the effects of the BB as long as possible.Do your research, ask lots of questions and follow instructions closely.Good luck to you.

Are keratin treatments permanent?

I wouldn’t definitely disagree that keratin treatments are permanently applied in your hair. Brazilian hair treatments are usually for a shorter lifespan when compare to keratin treatments. I would usually use keratin shampoo and conditioner afterwards to make sure that the application would stay the entire time that they say it stays in. Smoothing treatments from Keratin Complex - Hair Care Products take a while to be done at the salon and it usually means you have to keep it in your hair for three days, but its worth it. It stays beautiful, without frizzy ness, keeps it shine, and looks better than any Brazilian hair treatment I have ever gotten. And what I really like about this product is that it gives you many different types of smoothing therapy to choose from. If you are looking for a NON permanent keratin treatment for affordable prices look into Super Smooth Treatments where to show you many types to choose from! Hope this helped.

What effects does the Keratin hair treatment have?

For some people who have very curly, very frizzy hair, a keratin treatment seems like the answer that will solve all of their problems. Keratin treatments won't make your hair break, but the flat-ironing might. With just one treatment, curly and tight hair can be straightened so that it becomes much easier to manage. They are quite expensive treatments as a lot of specialization is required which leads you to salons who then charge you quite extensively.3. In a few cases, it could also cause allergic reactions like a rash or itching.4. It has been criticised for the use of formaldehyde, which is an important chemical used to manufacture building materials and numerous household products.Choose your hair salon and keratin hair product wisely and try to understand from them, all potential harm and the precaution your hair expert is likely to take. Just follow the basic precautions and hair care tips to avoid the keratin treatment side effects gain maximum benefits out of it.

Does the keratin treatment loosen your curls?

A keratin treatment has less harsh chemicals than a relaxer or a perm, so yeah, getting one to loosen up your curls and make them soft and shiny is a better idea. Plus keratin is a natural protein and your hair is made from it. It'll make your hair easier to manage too. A good one is the cocoa keratin hair smoothing treatment, it lasts like 5 months I think. Which is good because most of them last for 3. It comes with its own keratin shampoo and conditioner too. Remember to only use keratin shampoos and conditioners to keep the effect going.
