Hello. So, i just want to go ahead and say that I'm 13, and I look like a girl. I'm biologically male but I have a feminine face with soft features, and am mistaken for female daily. I read online about how people can have abnormal chromosome patterns and certain features (not just genitalia) will look different than they're supposed to and I'm worried. I sound like an idiot but I'm honestly scared

So, I suggest you work out to get a masculine muscular build. You can also consume healthy foods that boost your testosterone levels like tuna, low-fat milk, egg yolks, and fortified cereals. Part of being manly is that you need to act manly. Try doing sports or learning how to flirt with girls. Make sure to be confident through socializing skills and body language.*You don’t really have to do this, but I think maybe facial hair will make you appearance seem manly.P.S. Love yourself! It doesn’t matter whether you look like a girl or not. Girls like guys who don’t seem intimidating and are compassionate toward others. You don’t NEED to look or be masculine. You just need to have a nice personality that makes others feel welcome and happy.

yes you totally look like a young woman, I wouldn't have second doubts if you were a woman or not you're that convincing! And from a st8 girl's perspective, yes you are pretty, you look like a pretty Latina or Italian woman that would shop at the store I work at. but you should try to make your face look fuller somehow it would make you look healthier.
