Do I look more Asian or more White?
I have kids with my ex (Japanese) and my son has the same issues you do. Asian mother and caucasian father. I think you need to get away from stereotypical attitudes about what is Asian and what is not. Tiger woods, had Thai, black and caucasian blood but was considered black. You have mixed race kids who are Japanese but maybe considered "Half". I tell my kids they are "doubles" not half, you probably have the "Asian" eyelids but dyed brown hair and fair skin. Probably considered a "mongrel" in Korea as they consider anyone not born in Korea or having foreign parents as second class and not "real" Koreans. That is THEIR problem not yours IMO. Learn to love and accept yourself, dont worry about peoples criticism or "labelling" you as one thing or another. You cant change it so you may as well accept it.

My mom is Chinese, and my dad is half-Italian, and half-Belgian. If I look more Asian or more White, could you put the percentage? Like for example I look 60% Asian, 40% white. Could you also name my Asian traits and my White traits? I'm half asian do i look more asian or white?
Well i just want to know. Just because my friends always say that i look all asain, and that i look nothing like my dad (i think they're just being mean) Not that it's a bad thing but i just wish they acknowledged me for being HALF asian. My friend said that i have black hair and a white face, which really made me upset. I'm really self conscious about everything. I didn't think that have black hair until she said it, but i had really light hair when i was younger and my parents kept on taking me to the hair dressers to get my hair cut :( Also: i really like this guy(he's white) and my friend said that i have noooo chance with him since i'm asian...:'( I feel so bad because when i see other eurasians, they look really good but i'm don't think i'm pretty or anything of the such :(.Please say the truth!! Hi, I'm Eurasian. To be more exact, I'm mixed with Spanish, Danish and Filipino. I'll just put a quick disclaimer and tell you that I am perfectly content with my mix and I am not interested in looking more White or more Asian, so please don't take this question too seriously and get all offended lol. Something I've noticed is that white people will often tell me I look more Asian, whereas Asian people tell me I look more white, but I want to know what YOU think and why. Again, this is just for fun and I am by no means fishing for compliments nor am I expecting them! Why do Half White/Korean tend to look more Asian than half White/Chinese?
Because when korean people check their dna. 99 percent of them are homogenous mongoloid. Their genetic always make up either of chinese, korean and japanese with a little bit of Turk ethinic from north east of russia. For example, tungusit turk or yakutsk turk. and all of these groups are look mongoloid and under mongoloid race. The chinese and southern china like people from asean on the other hand as far I know they are not homogenous. From the dna test mass majority of them have some tiny percent of meditteranean, northern european, south east asian, west asian, south asia, middle east, ocenian, african etc. So that's why when they are mix with white people their children's will always have caucasoid genetic more than mongoloid genetic. And that's why alot of biracial who look more caucasian are always have caucasoid dna more than mongoloid. You also can notice who is homogenous mongoloid by look at their eyelids. Any far east asian regardless small eyes or round eyes if they have double eyelids then you know they are not homogenous, and when these people have child with other races for example white people. the child will look more white than asian.This girl is half Finnish and Chinese Hongkong. She looks quite like young version of Kristen Dunst.If I see her on the street without knowing she is half asian. I would mistaken her as regular white people from Swiszerland or Germany with exotic facial features like high cheekbones or round face. This girl, her mother is chinese and looks like regular chinese with small eyes but she has double eyelids. But from the dna test of her daughter shows she is almost 63 percent caucasian. So it means her chinese mother is not homogenous.

To me you look predominantly Asian. Asian eyes, hair bridge of your nose, although the nose shape is more white, and lips could be either or. I will say this though. It doesn't matter what percentage of either you are. Don't get caught up with all that. You're a beautiful girl, and you should embrace and celebrate every part of yourself and what makes YOU you. Why do most half asian half white people look asian?
The opposite is true. White genes are dominant over Korean. That fact surprised me until I got married to a Korean. I've seen alot of mixed race white/Korean babies. They look more Caucasian,imo. Edit-I didn't think that myself but it's black, then white, then Asian, in terms of gene dominance of facial features. I watch alot of the English programmes on Korean TV, and the mixed race (white/ Korean)presenters most definitely look more Caucasian to me.

I'm half Asian and half white (mother is Indonesian and father is Dutch) but most people mistaken me for being Latino. My eyes are fairly round with straight/fine hair, and tannish/olive colored skin. Sometimes I get pretty self conscious about being misidentified. What do you guys thing I look more like? White? Why do Asians with bangs look more Asian?
This may sound like a stupid question, but it's actually very smart! Have you noticed that when an Asian has bangs, especially the blunt, straight across bangs, they look more Asian-y? Like, if you take a half White, half Asian kid who looks more White, but with slightly almond-ish eyes, and give them this haircut, they're automatically Asian.
