Do I Need To Bring My Itinerary On My Flight Help

Do i need to have a print copy of my flight itinerary?

You do not need a hard copy of your itinerary, although it is helpful for easy reference. The alternatives, of course, are to either enter them into your phone (most phones have a memo or notes feature) or to do what we used to do in the old days - write it down! =)

Do I need to print my itinerary for a flight?

You don't need to but it is a good idea to print up a copy for your records and for a family member or a friend (especially if they are going to be picking you up). It is a good idea to at least have a paper copy so you don't have to struggle finding your confirmation number when you check in at the airport or online.

I need a flight itinerary from the US to India without paying the flight fare?

Who saying you to pay the flight fares??? Did I say? Absolutely Not!Purchasing actual or real flight ticket before getting your visa approval is not a smart act, not said by me. This intellectual statement said by most of the diplomatic officers and consulates because they know flight ticket cost is not economical and that is your hard-earned money and putting this on seesaw doesn't make sense. So what you should do then? The simple and straightforward answer is you need to create a flight itinerary according to your travel plan like from united states to India or if it is a round trip so it could be again back India to the USA.So another question is where you can take your flight travel program? Unfortunately, there is no magic stick for waving and get your flight itinerary. You need to find out someone travel agent who can create your flight itinerary for youRather than I would suggest finding any online travel agent website that can do this job for you within few hours such as Schengen Flight Reservation And Hotel Bookings For Visa Application Schengen Flight Reservation And Hotel Bookings For Visa Application.I even don’t recommend anyone to go and buy flight tickets directly before your visa approved but once you get your visa approved to go and get it because now it’s time to move on OR another thing you can move on with the same flight itinerary schedule and purchase those ticket then.

Do you need to bring your itinerary to the airport?

Most likely the only thing she'll need is a valid government-issued photo ID. Her reservation information should be saved in the AA system. I have not ever been asked for my itinerary before when checking in for a flight, just my ID, but I always bring it with me just in case. It's always a good idea to be prepared for anything, especially in her case where the tickets were purchased through Expedia and not directly through the airline. So yes, have her print it out and bring it to the airport with her just in case.

Do you have to print your online plane ticket itinerary?

I have bought a ticket and i leave on Thursday. So do I have to print the email i got that gives me the itinerary? I don't have a printer. So, if i do, will it be just fine to write down all the information and take that? I'm going from one state to another, so I'm not leaving the country.

I bought a ticket off of expedia, do i need to print out my itinerary?

ALWAYS have a copy of that itinerary. From personal experience, I narrowly escaped trouble because there was a mix up in the itinerary numbers, at fault being the travel agent and airline who couldn't bring up the info.

Expedia is an expert at allowing havoc to be created with this. I once had different itineraries with wrong information that shouldn't have existed somehow mysteriously appear. It's just one reason of many that I never use Expedia. Some folks have no problem with them, but one slip up, one mistake, one error, and it's your fault, not theirs, at your cost.

I am applying for a British visa. It requires the itinerary of the flight and hotel, but it says that I should not pay until I get my visa. Is there a way to get the itinerary of my flight and hotel without paying?

The simple answer is yes. A few of the public airline consolidation sites allow you to book a ‘proposed’ itinerary for the purpose of going back to it at a later date. As I’m not certain from where you’re originating, I think I’d suggest, in the first instance, using the Amadeus site. That would allow you to create your proposed flight itinerary, but would cancel, as I recall, within 24 hours.Alternatively, you could just as easily create a booking with a local travel agent, then have them print out an itinerary for you. Most agents will charge you a small fee; some with the understanding that once you actually purchase your ticket, they would apply that fee, or portions of it, to the actual booking. Remember, they’re not there as a public service and it’s both fair and appropriate for them to charge a fee for such work.In any event, I wish you every success on your application. Contrary to what some people may think, we’re a rather nice lot of people here in ‘Old Blighty.’ And we really do enjoy having bona fide visitors to our fair land. It’s just when our warmly welcomed visitors try to break our reasonable rules that we’re going to dig in our heels and demonstrate Her Majesty’s utter disdain for those who disrespect the rules and choose to play unfairly.I wish you every success in your endeavours!May all your journeys be ones of discovery!Fr B+When We Need a Little HelpEtiquette For Visitors To Britain

I am in a fix. I need help. I am flying to the US on 5th Aug and I have confusions with my flight itinerary

My entire journey is divided into 3 legs. The first leg is from Calcutta to Mumbai by Jet Airways Flight no 9W 0202. The second leg is from Mumbai to SanFrancisco by Jet Airways Flight no 9W 0210. The final leg is from SanFrancisco to Phoenix by US Airways Flight no US 0231. I booked the flight through travelocity.

Now, I have certain queries.
1 Will the US airways allow me extra baggage of 23 kgs (apart from 2 baggage of 23 kgs each) that the Jet airways is providing me on the basis of student special offer? If not, how much will the US airways charge me for the extra baggage? Will the US airways charge me for each of the 3 bags?

2 Since the whole journey comprises of 2 different airlines and 3 different flights, how will I go about managing my luggage transfer from one flight to the other flight at the end of each leg?

3 I have a halt at SFO airport for 12 hours. What am i supposed to do for so long at the airport? Will i be allowed to move out of the airport? Will I be provided any accommodation by the airlines for the night?
