Really high ping rate on titanfall beta??
Hi So I've being playing titanfall on my pc for the last two days and it has plenty of power to run titanfall. I currently also have super fast internet speed so that's not an issue either. However my ping is always over 100?!? People are telling me to go to the right server, but the beta doesn't give me an option. I live in pittsbugh Pennsylvania, is there anything I can do? Thanks!
Do I need PS Plus to play Titanfall 2 online?
From my understanding of the PS Plus Online features for the PS4, yes you will need a PS Plus to play Titanfall 2 online. It is simply one of the requirements of being able to play online that Sony has begun enforcing with the PS4. Had it been on the PS3, you would be able to get free multiplayer.There are so few games on the PS4 where you have free multiplayer. Most games with multiplayer features require you to have PS Plus. One game that has free multiplayer and is free to play that comes to mind is “Planetside 2”.If paying for a PS Plus membership for the multiplayer gets to you by any chance, then you always have the option of playing Titanfall 2 on the PC (through EA Origin I believe). That way you can get free multiplayer after paying for the product.
What's going wrong with installing Titanfall 2 on EA Origin for my PC?
As highlighted by the error message, the reason for failed installation is that Direct X is not properly installed in your PC. Try reinstalling Direct X first from this link DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer and try running the setup again from Origin. It should work now. Also, if there is an option to select Direct X or C++ Redistributable software while installing Titanfall 2, leave it checked for a smooth installation.
Is Titanfall 2 still worth it on a PC?
Absolutely.Titanfall 2 is one of the best shooters on PC in my opinion, and is also fairly cheap at the moment.The shooting and movement are really tight, and it runs like a dream.It has a campaign, it can be finished in a day or two, and although it’s not amazing, I’d still say it’s pretty damn good.Best thing about this game is how it handles buying skins. Rather than having to buy a loot crate or a whole bundle, you can just buy the skin you want. I really appreciate this move by the devs, and have bought a whole bunch of skins because of it.It’s a great game and definitely worth it.Good luck finding a game that isn't attrition though.
Titanfall PC Issues?
First of all, pretty much a newbie when it comes to computer specifications... All I know is it runs fine without any lag, The graphics are the issue, enemies tend to bounce around and will attach to me with a thick black line and when I am in a titan, all you can really see is a dark spot. I am also getting a message saying my computer is running low on memory when I play it sometimes. My PC may not be powerful enough to handle this game. Any video setting suggestions? I tried putting all the settings on low and also using the recommended settings and still didn't notice any differences and ran into all the same problems.

In the campaign you need to press start (ESC on PC) and it should be clear which option you chose from there. In classic it should ask you before spawning.

How to download/buy Titanfall for PC?/ help with understanding keys?
It's a CD key that you register into Origin. When you download and install Origin (EA's version of Steam), you can enter your CD key which will add Titanfall to your account. Then you can download and install the game within Origin. I don't know that particular site, but there are other sites that sell CD keys like this all the time. Personally I've used GreenManGaming and Gamersgate, but there are plenty of others.
What is going to happen to the Titanfall franchise now that EA bought Respawn?
I don’t believe that EA owns Respawn Entertainment. Respawn is a development studio that works with EA for publishing of their games. EA obviously has a say in the game’s development, but they don’t own the development studio. Respawn is owned by former Infinity Ward co-founder Vince Zampella.So to answer your question about Titanfall, nothing is going to change since EA has always been the publisher for the game.
