CJ for sure. I have to decide between Bell and Charles as well. I am leaning towards Charles vs OAK. He is due to have a big game and should start to get more touches. Bell should get some work this week too if NO doesnt turn the ball over and fall behind like they did against Miami and Carolina. I have Pierre Thomas as well, and I am starting him, so my lean towards Charles is influenced by that. I am plugging my nose and hoping for the best with Charles.

Robert Meachem & Jamaal Charles are easily the best options on that list as both have been scoring big lately. Meachem always has big potential if Brees throws deep to him...which he's been doing a lot over recent games, but Charles may be the safer/smarter play - Charles will definitely get touches (KC has virtually no other running backs and no other big offensive threats) and he's got a very friendly match-up with Buffalo who gives up a lot of production to running backs.
