What is the difference between a public and a private hospital?

A public hospital, on the other hand, is completely and entirely run by the government’s funding and money. Everything from the construction to the fees of the doctors to the equipment, medicines are based on the government budget. Hence, each and every single thing is being taken care of by the local government body. A public hospital is considered to be a preferable option for the not-so-rich lot of people who, despite acute illness, cannot afford the heavy fees of a private hospital. It is very ironical to see that a hospital that is governed by the government, which has obviously more funds than a group of people or one person alone, does not offer that level of service that can be counted on in most of the times. However, this can be due to the fact that a government has a limited budget allocation to health care as it has many things in its hands such as defense, education, economy, etc.Government General Hospital, ChennaiWhat is the difference between Private Hospitals and Public Hospitals?• The prime difference between a private hospital and a public hospital is the ownership. A private hospital is one which is owned and governed by a person or many people who are managing the whole finances on their own. A public hospital, on the other hand, is completely and entirely run on the government’s funding and money.• The fees of a private hospital are higher than that of a public hospital. It should be noted that most of the time public hospitals offer their services free of charge or for reduced rates.• In a public hospital, since the services are mostly free, waiting time is longer. For some operations patients have to wait for years until they get their place. In a private hospital, waiting time is less. If you have money, you can get you operation done very quickly.• Private hospitals have the most modern equipment and the equipment last longer too. Public hospitals have good equipment, but due to the extreme use they can get damaged more often than those in a private hospital.• Number of patients per doctor is higher in public hospitals. It is not good as the attention is too much divided. It is also exhausting for the doctor.• Since private hospitals are a kind of a business they earn a profit like any other business. However, that is not the case with a public hospital. Governments operate public hospitals for the health of their people, and not to earn a profit

I faked my salary slip to show a higher salary to a prospective employer. What are the chances that this will come out in the background check, and what are the ways companies perform the salary check of a candidate?

You just did a blunder. My advice, don’t join the company.I came cross a person who did the same back at Wipro Technologies. This was his third company. The sequence of events happened as follows. When he left the first company his salary was 10k. He faked it to 20k and then ended up getting a job of 35k per month.Since it was a startup(or better say luck) he managed to escape. Later, after working for a year with the firm he was interviewed by a wiproite. Fortunately, he got through and ended up at 60k per month. Everything was working fine until his peers found out that he had very substandard skills. He could not even get the basics right forget about bigger things. So there was background check. The result, company found that the person faked his salary in 2nd as well as his 3rd company(Wipro) in order to get a high pay. He was terminated the very next day. He’s still looking out for work. So, if you are not getting a high paying job or calls then it means either you are applying for a company that has very high expectation or you are lacking the skills which the company seeks. If you fake your salary then you may get a job but remember, at the end of day you are cheating yourself. Hence, time find you, and when it comes the only thing that will be left is regret. Remember with higher pay comes more responsibilities, more quality work and even much more expectations. Dude, world is smarter than you think so its high time you rectify your blunders.

I am starting a bakery (in India). What are the things that I need to keep in mind?

What type of bakery do you want to start?1. Online Bakeries Bakers have found a way to provide baked goods at a lesser cost. They do away with having a storefront and just do business through the Internet. What they do is obtain the necessary licenses that one usually gets when putting up a bakery, then they create a website where they can post pictures of their products and add a shopping cart service onto the website.2. Counter Service Bakeries These are the traditional kind of bakeries wherein the staff would tend to their customers as they approach the counter. There the customers would choose the type of bread or baked goods they would like to purchase, people behind the counter wrap it up for them and then the customers pay. It’s the typical kind of bakery you see, and the great thing about it is that it provides quick service to customers.3. Specialty Service Bakeries Specialty service bakeries are those that specialize in certain types of baked goods. Usually, the products customers purchase from these types of bakeries are those that are pre-ordered. They describe to bakers what they want done, and the bakers would work on the project for a given number of days. Examples of such bakeries include wedding cake bakeries, personalized cakes and pastries providers, etc.4. Sit-Down Bakeries A lot of bakeries nowadays are trying to attract more customers and gain more profit by letting their customers dine inside the bakeries. They provide clean seating and waiting services, as well as menus with a selection of food their customers can choose from. These bakeries are like cafes, adding coffee beverages and other refreshments, only they still would mostly specialize in baked goods. Once you choose the type of business model, the rest of the aspects can be considered which Mr.Vrushank Muzumdar, has mentioned.
