Do Loom Bands Cause Cancer

Do loom bands cause cancer?

No they don't. I heard some rumours but the charms have some chemicals dangerous but nothing to worry about

Loom Bands And Cancer?

Researchers in the UK discovered that some plastic loom bands release phthalates. Its not clear which loom bands release phthalates, but plastics that have sort of an oily feel are most likely to release the chemicals. Phthalates are found in all sorts of cosmetics, antiperspirants, shampoos, and they are even used as food additives.

Phthalates can be absorbed through the skin. Some people believe that phthalates can cause cancer, although there isn't much evidence one way or another that phthalates are carcinogens. Phthalates.are suspected as a possible cause of several medical problems, but the linkage is not clear. With any chemical that has unknown effects, its a good idea to minimize exposure to the chemical, which doesn't necessarily mean stop wearing loom bands, but you might want to take them off at night and not wear large numbers of the bands at the same time.

Donald Trump has urged American companies to lead the world in 5g or even 6g technology. Does 6g technology even exist?

President Trump is basically doing his normal one-up manship thing. (If you say 5 he says 6)He doesn’t really understand what it is or how it works. To be fair, he’s not the only one. Most people don’t actually understand how this technology works.5G is a radio band. Its a range of frequencies used to transmit data. 5G is important because it will allow large amounts of data to be moved wirelessly. The thing is, the way data transmits, 6G won’t necessarily be better or more cost effective than 5G.5G will be the current sweet spot and theres no real reason to use 6G. What 5G will allow is the use of more smaller towers everywhere, blanketing areas with a high speed mesh like network. 6G would require much larger transmitters for no major benefit, and could potentially have more interference issues.Sadly we probably will have 6G, because technology companies take advantage of the public’s general lack of knowledge of how technology works. Just like how 4K TVs are being pushed but almost no content providers actually broadcast in 4K, or companies selling you ultra fast internet when you don’t really see a major difference between say 100Mb internet and 900Mb for your average everyday use especially since hardware bottlenecks your internet anyway. (Hint: you can stream 4K with stable 25Mb connection)

Are there any bad consequences of snapping a rubber band on your wrists? Are there different ways or bands that hurt more or less?

Compared to cutting or being stuck in a vicious cycle of depressed thought, this is not particularly harmful. I knew someone whose thinking would become obsessed with some thought. They did not cut but really needed to derail that thinking. I believe it was a therapist who suggested having a rubber band on their wrist to "snap themselves out of" the obsessive thinking. It might work that the snap could replace the urge to cut. Being safer to sting your wrist rather than cut, trying it seems to comply with the medical advisory "First, do no harm."I would recommend trying wide rubber bands to start. Be sure they are not snug. If at some moment pain seems necessary to reprogram your mental state, snap the rubber band. If a sharper pain is needed, using a narrower rubber band might do the job. But be sure the rubber band does not fit snugly which can reduce blood circulation to the hand. Most important is that if a rubber band snap does not do the job, please find therapist/counselor help.I prefer to give you who are reading this possible resources if you need them. In the USA these phone numbers should workOutside of the USA please refer here:Find a Crisis Line Near You  Please use these. If you are a guy, you are worth the connection. And will prove how brave you are by opening up to someone and telling them about your pain.I hope this helps. And leads you to feeling better in mind and mood.

Was the Industrial Revolution good or bad for people in a society? Why or why not?

This sounds like an essay question on an exam. It also calls for opinion, which you will likely have to support. So here goes... I believe it was good in many ways, and bad in a few. The good involves the mechanization and automation of many tasks which increased manufacturing technology exponentially. It also lead to improvements in food processing, innovations such as the internal combustion engine which is still used some 120 years later in nearly all automobiles made, and it lead to the creation of a middle class through the collective bargaining rights acquired by employees in the late 19th and early 20th century. The bad? Pollution, dumping of waste and chemicals in rivers and landfills, and exploitation of labor. Love canal in New York is a prime example. Hooker chemical had acquired the assets of Charles Love including the toxic waste dump site. The Niagara Falls school board desperately needed land and threatened to take the land through eminent domain. Hooker, knowing how toxic the site was, sold the antire parcel fo $1.00 on the following conditions: The school board inspect the land, witness test borings, and sign a deed with a 17 sentence caveat fully explaining the danger of populating/ building on the site. 25 years later, the entire site became known world wide for elevated illnesses such as cancer, etc... It became one of the first "Superfund" sites. There is also the Cuyahoga river fire which was a direct result of many companies in Cleveland dumping into the river. So it was good on the whole, but it came with unfortunate and many times, fatal consequences. And this is our history. All of our advances, all of our technological innovations, all of our leaps forward have come with a price. Whether it's been the wars we have fought or astronauts perishing in an effort to advance space exploration, no new knowledge or innovation has come without a price.

Should I wear a smaller bra size to make my breasts look larger?

Let me give you an advice from someone who has “A” cups but most people perceive them to be “C” cups.First option is to get padded bra.. a push up padded bra adds a cup size to your bust… if you are greedy or less busty like me, then go for Double Push-up or double padded or Sugar or whatever name they call it…. It adds 2 cup sizes…. And it help you get the much desired shape. The push-up factor enhances the cleavage.Second option… which is quite my own discovery was to double the bra… it provides extra support, pushes more flesh to form cleavage and adds cups to your bust… what kind of bras..? One padded push-up and another lightly padded or non-padded one. Most women may not agree with this option as they feel bras are uncomfortable as one and doubling would add more discomfort to it… but yet, it is an option.Wearing a smaller cup size will make your breasts/boobs like caged and trying to pop-out… making it very uncomfortable. Plus an incorrect size of bra is a bigger problem to solve a more cosmetic desire
