Muscular women?
I know what you mean, a strong, powerful muscular woman is something to behold. There are women who can keep their strength and maintain their powerful beauty!!
Why dont men like muscular women?
It has to do with insecurity. I personally find muscular women to be extremely attractive.. as long as no steroids were used. I don't like the look of a woman who has made herself into a man. I respect it is her choice but dont' find it attractive. However, I am very secure and I find that natural muscle on a woman is very nice looking indeed. Those guys who are freaked out by it are not secure.
Why don't men like muscular women?
Because that is their preference everyone has a preference and very muscular females are not feminine so its not attractive to them and this may seem offensive to some but I dnt really care I am giving an honest answer but very muscular females have a manly physical appearance so if a man was attracted to a muscular female that would actually mean he is attracted to male physique, its human nature, women in nature are not built like that (neither are men but men have more muscle in nature they are they muscular ones) so there is nothing wrong with the fact that they are not attracted to what is not natural of a woman it just means they are attracted to women. I dont think it has to do with feminine behavior but more about physical appearance and ppl can lie but the first thing anyone is attracted to is first appearance according to their likes and dislikes. Women just the same most of the time they will check out a male that has some build over one that doesnt because he seems more masculine, its natural to check out first by appearance.
Do most men like muscular women?
Most men, if they love at all, love the women inside the body. The body can be shapely, toned, or in any condition generally. That's what men love. The women. Now if its sex, they'll just about jump anything for sex.
Men - do you think muscular women are sexy?
OK - this jerk at the gym really hurt my feelings today. I was doing curls (I only do them with 20 lbs, so I don't know what he was talking about) - and he said "Woah - chill out, Popeye - use the 5 lbs - sheesh!" and walked off. I am not mannish looking at all - just toned up and fairly defined. What's your opinion? Do men really find muscular women a turn-off? I have also heard people describe my body type as 'jock-y'. I don't get that. I have curves, I just have muscles, too. He really hurt my feelings. :-( My BF thinks I'm hot, but he's a gym-rat too, so I think he's biased.

I do not mean hardcore female bodybuilders, but women who are petite but muscular....hot or not? One of my favorite female bodybuilders is Pauline Nordin, I like the way her body looks. Do men like muscular women or are they intimated by them?
Eh.So if men dislike Un-naturally built male looking women then the only reason is due to intimidation?I don’t think you’re very aware of biology or what males are programmed to look for in the opposite sex.No, most men will not like muscular women, and i’m talking the bodybuilder types, not those toned muscular types.Straight men are not designed to find large muscles attractive, we are biologically programmed to look for a female with wide birthing hips, decent sized breasts, and a firm prominent backside, as male’s are biologically wired to reproduce and these physical traits in women are what nature intended for us to look for and are an indication of a female that is ready for breeding, and that is why these physical attributes are often the most prominent in females.Women having muscular mass on a male equivalent is not natural or attractive, and straight males will not be wired to find it attractive.So unless they are homosexuals, or have a paraphilia, bodybuilding females will not be sought after by men.So..lay off those steroids if you’re looking to find a male :).

Hi and thanks for the A2A :)Well, being a woman I am probably not the best person to answer this question, though as I work in IT and majority of my work colleagues and friends are male, I have to admit that I heard quite a lot about what men like and what they dislike (regardless, if I wanted to know it or not). It really depends what do you mean saying 'muscular women'. Do you mean a body-builder female packed with steroids? Then... I wouldn't say they find them gross, but they definitely don't find them attractive or sexy (maybe some body-builder men will find them attractive, but I have never came across any of them). This type of women looks like a man and... what I heard somebody saying, it is difficult to recognize which side is the front and which is the back (if you know what I mean. Even if you are only size 'B', it is still possible to differentiate between the front and the back). Not to mention the comments about... how they feel in bed – like a mountain of muscles (meat) and nothing to cuddle to (I prefer not to describe this comments in too much details).If you mean a woman who is looking sporty, then... I would say these is the type of a woman most men are attracted to. It seems that this type of woman is much more attractive than a skinny model.(One time I heard a couple of guys chatting about a girl. One said 'She was a beauty' and the other asked 'Like a model or sexy?') Athletic looking women not only attract the men because of her physical appearances, but her look will also say a lot about her personality – obviously she won't be a lazy drama queen. She will have some goals in life, some interests, she is determined and persistent (to have an athletic looking body doesn't happen in 3 weeks of training, it takes time and a lot of effort, I know something about this) and so on. Furthermore, there are also very good chances that in the future she will still look attractive and much younger than she really is.As I said, I might be wrong in what I am saying. At the end I am a woman and all I know about men's preferences in regards to women is... what I heard from my male colleagues and friends. I am sure guys will be able to answer your question much better :)

Are muscular women intimidating to men?
Are you talking about size or attributes that comes with working out like confidence and a drive for improvement etc etc?If you are talking about the latter I can see what you are talking about. But its not so much of intimidation factor than a differences in personality.If you are talking about size let me put it this way. 99% of women who works out are not as big as you think you are. It’s a fact that men are overall bigger and built muscles easier than women.As a physical conditioning coach I would say that a man who goes to gym 3 days a week for one hour each and lift causally will look buffer than a woman going to gym for 6 days a week and 1 and half hour working out every session.For the last 1% women who have respectable size they are on steroids and i assure you men are not intimidating by the muscles, its the other factors men are not attracted to. Like increased facial hair, having a manly face, deepening voice etc etc due to the PED they are on.What I am saying is that most men are not intimidated by 99% of the so call “muscular” women. For the rest of the 1% on PED, men are turned off by other attributes that was described. So in summary I do not agree that muscular women are intimidating to men.
