What are some reason you get your phone taken away?
1. Talking back to my parents 2. Disagreeing with my parents (about anything from political views to whether I'm talking or yelling) 3. Talking to my parents, and then being accused to back talking. 4. Missing curfew 5. I used to get mine taken away every day at 3:30 then given it back at 7:30 because I needed to "study" 6. I also used to get it taken away at 9, because that was my "bed time" 7. Talking back to my brother (who's like 7 years younger than me, so that doesn't make any sense 8. Getting suspended 9. Having a party 10. Skipping class 11. Bad grades 12. Hooking up with an adult before I was 16 13. Sneaking out 14. Not finishing all my chores 15. Missing homework assignments. I never get my phone taken away anymore, that was all back when I was a freshman. Some of the times would be really unfair, like once my dad took away my phone for a week because apparently I "used it too much". My advice is to just kiss up to your parents. Tell them everything. Make up stories about how one of your old friends is all into drugs now. Make yourself seem like the good kid. That's what I did, and my parents trust me now more than ever, even though I'm secretly breaking more of their rules than ever. I know its totally frustraiting, but it'll pass soon. I know that "wtf" feeling when your parents take away your phone for no reason. Mine was disconnected for the whole summer because I back talked my dad.. And I couldn't even remember what I said. I got my phone taken away. how can i get it back?
okay, so i really messed up. i was getting bad grades in one of my most important classes (but i am getting a lot better grades now) and i lied to my parents a couple times. not about really big important things, just stuff like i told my mom i wasn't texting my boyfriend when i actually was or that i wasnt talking to anyone online when i actually was. so as a result i got my computer and phone taken away and i have no way of communicating with my boyfriend or anyone else because i am partly homeschooled and so are my friends and my boyfriend and i only see them at church on sundays and mondays. i know what i did was stupid and i screwed everything up but the thing is i have done this twice so i don't think my parents really trust me. but i want them to. so what can i do to get my phone back and get them to trust me again? other than getting better grades and not lying because im already doing that.
What do you think fashion models and other models do all day?
Do they sleep, talk on the phone, exercise? Do they go shopping, take drugs, visit family and friends, get back massages, watch tv, play with their pets? Are they good in relationships like dating? How do they do in school? Do they ever eat and what? Do different models live differently, like is a fashion model for clothing a little different than a vicotorias secret model or maxim model? sorry if this a little wierd question. I was just wondering how most models live. thanks!
Why can not we remove batteries from new smartphone models?
Because a removable battery adds weight, bulk, complexity, and makes it harder to seal the case for water and dust resistance. Also, in spite of what people say if you ask them, most people don't care or really want a replaceable battery. In other words, people will say if asked that they prefer a replaceable battery, but when it comes to buying choices, they overwhelmingly will purchase a thinner phone without a replaceable battery. And complexity leads to more failures which people also don't like. And finally, even when people do buy phones with replaceable batteries, they don't replace them most of the time. So the people who actually want and will buy a phone with a replaceable battery and then will actually replace the battery is a tiny niche and isn't worth it to cater to (i.e. companies can't make money appealing to them).That's why.
What do your children do when you take away their phones or tablets for the day? Do they read, play outside or something else?
She only has access to my tablet and phone, but when I am gone for a week she read lots of books. (Manga comic books). Maybe she draws a bit, also knits.It is a bit sad for me that when I get home the thing she does is put out her hand, and I know what it means. She is only happy to see me because she wants to play games on my phone.
Why does Apple launch a new iPhone model every year?
Apple has 1-year product cycles for their phones. Most companies launch products as soon as they are finish development. For example, in 2014, Samsung launched 56 models, that’s 3–5 new models every month!Apple on the other hand puts all their time and expertise into releasing the best phone(s) they can, just once a year. The explains the high quality, longevity, support, and high resale value of their phones. Even today, close to 5 years after the iPhone 5s was released (Sept 2013), it’s still a fully supported phone with the latest version of ios (11.4.1). For Samsung phones (or most other manufacturers), I doubt many 5 year old models are still in popular use, much less fully supported by the latest version of Android.Lets take the most supported Android devices, those developed by Google themselves. Almost 6 years ago that was the Nexus 4, released Nov, 2012 last supported OS, May,2015. The next year the Nexus 5, released Nov 2013 last supported OS, Dec, 2015.Rather then certain compromises for the sake of product differentiation and various price points, Apple just puts their best into a single model (now with various screens). Best wifi, best bluetooth, best processor, etc, etc, etc.When you hear, “iPhone 6” people know exactly what that is, if you hear Samsung Active Neo…. any idea? It was a phone that came out around the same time as the iPhone 6.Apples makes a certain phone, for a certain type of customer, rather then lots of phones for every type of customer.*Btw, the upcoming ios 12 will be fully supported by the 5-year old iphone 5s, so add at least another year to its’ lifespan, and every other iPhone model after it.
