What is statue of limitations on auto loan deficiency balance Illinois ?
I gave up my car for repo almost three years ago due to the fact I couldn't afford the payments I am paying the collection company $50 a month on the balance I honestly don't see why I have to pay on a car I returned to the finance company and was sold for the value of $7500 my loan was $14000 now I owe 7300 on a car I don't have I am trying to find out what is the time limit in Illinois after the car was sold at auction does the statue of limitations change because the car has been sold at auction
