Do Students/teachers In Marching Band Hold A Grudge Against Those Who Quit

I feel like my band teacher has something against me what do I do?

What you are describing is subjective. Remember that your teacher doesn't know what you think, and you can only guess at what he or she thinks.Perhaps the teacher really doesn't believe that you are ready.Perhaps the other students are just as capable and are also practicing.Perhaps the teacher is just a heel.Perhaps it is a personality conflict.Regardless, communication is the answer to most of the problems in your life. Unless your teacher is a complete jerk, I couldn't imagine a teacher turning you away or turning you down if you went in full of earnest, sincere interest in the topic. Plan out what you want to say and make good eye contact.I would suggest that you not:Comment that other players are unworthy.Claim that the teacher doesn't see you.Claim that the teacher doesn't like you.Tell the teacher what he/she thinks.None of those are likely to get you what you want.

Do teachers hold grudges?

We do, for stupid reasons sometimes as well.Years ago, I was in Teacher’s College and had a bad experience with my Associate Teacher( the experienced Teacher mentoring me in their class) I asked to be released from that assignment and given another. As it turned out, the one I got was a THOUSAND times better and easily the most fun I’ve had teaching…I love those 16 weeks and the school (sadly now closed).Yet even now, years later, I still hate that bitch of an AT, as well as the lack of support I got from my college in the issue…It’s stupid and petty and immature, but I still hope Karma bites her on the ass one day.

What were the consequences of the 1916 Easter Rebellion?

In your research type in the phrase “blood sacrifice 1916” and see what comes up.

On Easter Monday, April 24, 1916, a force of Irishmen under arms estimated at between 1,000 and 1,500 men and women attempted to seize Dublin, with the ultimate intention of destroying British rule in Ireland and creating an entirely independent Irish Republic to include all 32 counties of Leinster, Munster, Ulster and Connaught. Their leaders, Patrick Pearse, James Connolly and the others, knew that their chances of success were so slight as to be almost non-existent. Yet they fought, and died. Why? More………

I want to drop out of high school and become a rapper?

your ambition is great, but honestly, if you want to hear the truth and rather me not lie, i think you should finish your education and exams before going to the next stage because you plan a which is your ambition, but you need to think ahead and think of plan b, ask questions to yourself: what if you go and your dream become reality, but the then it goes down the drain? and if you hadn't finished your education, then what would happen to you?... what if you get nowhere with this career and dream you want to take on? think about those types and other questions...i'm not saying you shouldn't take a chance, of course you should, feel free to do what you please, but you need to have a plan b.

while going to skool, you could also go to small music competitions, you could have your band, things like that because it doesn't start with boom! just like that...you have to start from scratch and work your way up, that's what everyone in the music industry did (but don't do as they do, they don't practice what they preach) ever heard the phrase: 'before flying, you must learn to stand and walk, then you can fly, you can't just fly like that' something like that...and that's true. and education gives you wisdom and knowledge... and skool, as horrible as it may seem, it does give you the impression of what will world will be like a bit.
and also, if you do plan to finish skool, focus and concentrate, don't put your mind in other sorts of distractions, that's what makes you go down and low in life; don't mind the haters and the 'crowd' some/most are stinking thinkers, that's what i say. i know exactly how you feel, and yes...it sucks, terribly...but sometimes you go through that worst part of the journey and before getting to the better, you have to go through the stage of worst part to get to the better. no one said it was going to be easy. if it was an easy and simple part, you wouldn't learn anything and you would be bored, but taking the hard path makes you stronger and wiser and better. if it helps, listen to songs that inspire you and make you stronger and not to hold the grudge.

i hope this helps you on making your choice. wish you the best. Jesus loves you !

What kind of extra-curricular activities did you do for fun in high school?

Over the years I tried to do a couple of things. I was involved in my high school's theatre department from grades 9–11, I took classes, saw shows, and volunteered to make costumes for the musical. Unfortunately, I decided to quit after musical in Junior year for various reasons. Stress being one of them, but it was mostly the way I was treated by other people in the department.I also wanted to join my high school’s dance team (and took up dance lessons again), I even took the prep course they offered (it was a PE credit) but it was so competitive that I never made the cut. But I hold no grudges, the style of dance they did was incredibly difficult and I would never master it in just 2 years of time. One year I joined the Secular Student Alliance, another year i’d stop by the Board Game Club every now and again (many of my friends were in that club) and I tried to get involved with the art department, but there were scheduling issues on my end. I’m not sure if this totally counts, but I participated in an art contest and got awarded at District and State levels for a poem I wrote?I also was invited to join National English Honor Society, went to the meetings, but stopped going because they were boring. There are things I wish I had done now that I'm a senior. I wish I had tried out for color guard, I wish I had done ROTC, I wish I really worked to be in the art club, I wish I had taken more classes at my school districts career center, I wish I had taken Computer Science 2, I wish I had tried out for cheerleading, and I wish I had volunteered more. But what's done is done, and I always have college.
