A new girl at work I have never talked too randomly added me on facebook 2 days ago, and liked my new profile photo yesterday? Then after I noticed she Shared her own profile photo (never seen anyone do that, or even know it was possible) is she giving me hints and what should I do? Ignore it or say hi to her?

Totally depends on the context.I generally give out hearts pretty generously. If it’s a really nice photo, if it’s sharing a good news about that person, if it’s a spiritual awakening or a really nice video, I’m all in for “hearting” posts regardless of the person posting them. And also regardless of their gender.So, in your case…If you shared a recent achievement of yours and she put a heart to that: she is happy for you or she likes people who achieve their goals.If it’s a heart on a photo of yours: the scene might be amazing -if there is any- or it might be a photo in which you look really good. Doesn’t necessarily mean that she’ll even look at the photo twice.If you shared that you have the poops coming out of you like a lava, aka that you just got diarrhea: doesn’t look that good. This girl gets pleasure out of your misery.In that case, run. Run away from her as fast as you can.

Hi,It doesn't mean anything serious if that girl was me ! Coz I have snapped a pic of my crush too without his knowledge.. Once I was trying to take a picture of my friend and to my surprise I saw my crush standing behind her. That was a great opportunity to get his pic without being caught awkwardly.. so I zoomed and focused him and clicked a pic … t that was not planned though.. but it happened to be a kind of accomplishment to me .. I was so happy that I got his pic in my phone and do u know what I did after that … I made a collage of myself and the snap of my crush and started judging if am good to him !! To be frank we looked like siblings :( then the craze which I had before started diminishing … that became the end of his term as my crush :p

Actually, a funny story about this: One of my friends who went to Japan went to a high school while in Japan, and the principal showed her pictures of his students (at activities and random photos), and in many of the ones he showed her, students were smiling and sticking their middle fingers up for the camera. Obviously, he had no idea what it meant to Westerners, because he was very proud to show the photos. If it meant something to Japanese people, a school principal certainly wouldn't include such photos in an album, and he definitely wouldn't want to show someone else such images of his students.
