Do They Do Animals Go To Heaven

Do animals go to heaven?

I sure hope there will be animals in heaven. It really wouldn't be heaven without them.

Do animals go to Heaven?

Lately I've been thinking about if I'm gonna be able to see my babies in Heaven when I arrive. Sometimes, I do feel like God may not exist, but at the same time I do believe in him more than I do of my own existence.
I read about some Bible verses and how "the lion will eat straw like the ox" or something similar, which shows there must be animals there.
Last night, one of my close animals had died from a heart attack (I think) and I just regret all of the times I've ever ignored her or mistreated her. She was basically the "runt" or the "baby" of my pets, since she always tucked her head under my big bunny and never stopped shaking unless she was cuddled with her.
So I was wondering, will I be able to see all my past animals up in Heaven?
I mean, I was told Heaven is suppose to be a place where all is good and pure, and that God will make us happy as can be. And if my family, pets, etc., are there, will he let them be with me too?
I know, it may not be explicitly said in the Bible, but are there any obvious verses that say that they'll be with us?
I just want to look forward to death, because I'll live so crumby and afraid to die because I won't be able to see them there. I want to hold them and apologize for every bad thing I've done to them.

Do Animals go to heaven? (Bible)?

Yes, I believe so. I feel very strongly about this topic and have answered this kind of question on more than one occasion. Six reasons I can think of off the top of my mind...

The book of Revelation mentions horses in Heaven.

God makes covenants with all of creation, not just humans.

In the Ten Commandments, animals are supposed to rest on the Sabbath.

I believe that God cares about all of His creation and will judge us humans for how we have treated animals. "Dominion" is not a license to be cruel to animals.

Jesus is often called the Lion of the Tribe of Judah and the Lamb of God, while the Holy Spirit appeared as a dove. So I think that animals have a place in God's plans.

Humans are animals too.

Can animals go to heaven?

The Bible doesn’t say. Animals are fallen creatures; some kill others, are mean to others, and are selfish. Yet they are not capable of repenting and being forgiven by God. It would appear that they do not go to heaven.Read 1 Corinthians 15. It says the everything that has a natural body, has a spiritual body. It even mentions different kinds of animals. This chapter is about resurrection. So it appears to be saying that God will resurrect animals for because they have physical bodies, they have spiritual bodies as well. Where are these spiritual bodies? My educated guess, as well as Randy Alcorn who has mentioned this in his book, believe that God will resurrect all the animals, and they will live with their new, perfected bodies and “personalities” in the New Earth. We know there are animals in the New Earth. We know that this world passes away and God makes all things new. So it really makes sense that God, a God of redemption and resurrection, would resurrect animals, and they get to live NEW PERFECT LIVES in eternity on the New Earth.Since there is no suffering, illness, or death on the New Earth, there will be no carnivores. All the animals will eat plants and live in their perfected state as animals did before Adam and Eve sinned and the world was cursed. The “lion will lie down with the lamb”. Cats and mice will play with the mice never being afraid and never getting hurt but happily enjoying the play as much as the cats.I believe animals do not go to heaven. But they will be resurrected and made perfect and live lives of eternal bliss on the New Earth.

Do animals go to Heaven or Hell if they die?

Animals haven't tasted the forbidden fruit and therefore still walk with God in EDEN. Not only do all animals go to Heaven, they have a relationship with God that is more pure than any human could ever wish to achieve.

Islam: do animals go to heaven?

My parrot just died. And he was not just a parrot-he was most sweet and loving bird you can imagine. For example every morning he flied to my pillow and sing to me untill i wake up,...or when i was studying he came to my shoulder, put his cheek near mine and sing very quietly,.. when i didnt have time for him he sit on my head and played with my hair...
I have another parrot and she is agressive, doesnt like people etc.
So animals clearly have a personality and a soul. If they were creations without soul, how could they have different personalities?
Soo.. do they go to heaven or not? I would really love to hear they do, coz Im crying all day for my parrot and to know he'll go to heaven would make things easier...
(PLZ dont be cruel or make fun, some people (like me) are just very attached to their pets)

Do animals have souls and go to heaven?

No and yes/no.

Animals DO have SPIRITS, just as we do... the spirit of LIFE that is breathed into us by God. But they do NOT have SOULS, the "spirit" of morality. Animals do not have morals, make judgements, etc. as ONLY human beings do. This is why the do not go to heaven... they do not need to be forgiven for sins... as they have no idea they sin or not.

However, God DID create animals and populated Eden (Paradise) with animals. And Isaiah clearly states that when the NEW Earth is created, there will be animals ... the lion will lay down with the lamb, the lion will eat grass, etc. As for animals you kill for food, they do not go to heaven, but you do not go to hell for hunting them. God clearly placed Mankind in charge of the animals and He gave them to us for our "use."

As for our pets, I feel that they will be in "our" heavens because they are things which we love. Christ said that He was going to heaven because "In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you." Well, if HE prepares a place for each one of us, special to each one, it will be filled with all the things that we love. We love our pets? They will be there. How could a God who IS LOVE deny us these things? He doesn't.

As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.
MARANATHA! Come, Lord Jesus, COME!

Do stuffed animals go to heaven?

funny question. I'm quite attached to my stuffed animals! But I do not think that we get to heaven as long as we are still attached to things of this earth. But I'm sure their spirit does go to heaven, that is, the spirit they represent. For example, my little stuffed tiger Scratch has a very sweet and yet feisty character. I'm sure that somewhere in heaven, this spirit is represented in some form.

Do animals go to heaven? If so, which animals? Do we decide?

The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ covers not only people, but all living things on earth. As to where they're assigned I honestly don't know, but I do know you'll have access to them, and that their love for you will not diminish, nor your love for them. Some Christians claim that only humans will enjoy the benefits of resurrection, but they're in error. All humans, animals and plants existed before they were in the Earth, and all of them will all enjoy the benefits of the resurrection. So yes, the animals you lose on Earth will be waiting for you in the spirit world.—

Do you believe that animals go to heaven?

The scriptures show that there are animals in heaven surrounding the throne of God.The Prophet Joseph Smith taught:John saw curious looking beasts in heaven; he saw every creature that was in heaven,--all the beasts, fowls and fish in heaven,--actually there, giving glory to God. How do you prove it? (See Rev. 5:13.) "And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honor, and glory, and power, be unto Him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever."I suppose John saw beings there of a thousand forms, that had been saved from ten thousand times ten thousand earths like this,--strange beasts of which we have no conception: all might be seen in heaven. The grand secret was to show John what there was in heaven. John learned that God glorified Himself by saving all that His hands had made, whether beasts, fowls, fishes or men; and He will glorify Himself with them.Says one, "I cannot believe in the salvation of beasts." Any man who would tell you that this could not be, would tell you that the revelations are not true. John heard the words of the beasts giving glory to God, and understood them. God who made the beasts could understand every language spoken by them. The four beasts were four of the most noble animals that had filled the measure of their creation, and had been saved from other worlds, because they were perfect: they were like angels in their sphere. We are not told where they came from, and I do not know; but they were seen and heard by John praising and glorifying God.(Teachings of The Prophet Joseph Smith, p. 291)Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith: Joseph F.
