Yes, it does.The truth is that if you manage to decrease your overall body fat, then you will experience a huge change in your physical appearance.The lower body fat you have, the more defined your jaw lines will be.That square, sharp face look makes you look incredibly masculine. Of course, the roundness of your face is determined by your genetics as well – but the less body fat you have, the more defined your face will look.Let me give you people my own example.This is how i used to look 4 months back.I was 87 kg's.From college days I wanted to go to gym but was always afraid to go. Finally made my mind and started going to gym and following the proper diet (at least I felt so :P ).After 4 months of gyming and dieting, this is how I look like :It's 4 months of work out which helped me in reducing 20kg's weight.Right now I am 67 kg's.And yes , as per my experience, losing fat (~weight) can change your appearance drastically.Edit 1 : To a the people who are asking me about my diet plan, please dont judge me , I followed my own rules :).Wake up at 5Gym from 5.30 to 7.3020 mins Treadmill, 20 mins cycling , then bench press, chest exercise etc…Break fast at 9 - mostly bread /sandwich.Green tea around 11.30Lunch at 1.30 - Salad + JuiceGreen tea again at 5Dinner at 7.30 - 2 chapatis+sabji+1 bowl rice :).

How much does being in shape matter to females?

Such as - low bf%, lean muscle mass, no ***** ****, tight body, no chubby face etc..

Granted being in shape may not be the key to picking up all girls but I'm wondering, how much does it matter? Is it worth it to run, lift and eat well? Spending countless hours in the gym and on the treadmill?

Will a girl who was uninterested because you were fat or obese completely rethink dating or getting with you just because you are in good shape? Of course personality matters and along with being shape comes confidence..but regardless of the subconscious effect (confidence) that being shape has on you...do females look at you more sexually than if you were fat/obese and completely rethink about who you are?

Steps:
1: Acne really sucks! I have it now so yeah it sucks. I'm using this gel called Acneutrol and i use it nightly. You can also try a toner. i use a simple powder foundation to cover it up (acne and scares). You can try it. There are also oil blotting wipes that are really helpful. Also vitamin E oil is good for scars.
2: Try some conditioner on your hair. It's help it a lot. just use it for every night for about a week straight. Try long hair and some bangs for your face shape. It'll work perfect with your face shape.
3: As to your eyes, try some eyeliner to make them seem a little bigger. But make sure it's tasteful. You don't want to look like a raccoon!
