You definitely could, if you're in certain countries. If you're in some countries, that might not be allowed. Would he have your last name, Hans? Still Hans is interesting - "still hands." Why do you want to name him Still? Can you answer that question for him when he asks - and he will. I don't see any problem with it, personally. However, if you're wondering if you could/should, and asking the internet, you are having second thoughts and it might not be the best idea.
