Do You Eat A Lot Of Fast Food

How often do you eat fast food?

It depends on what you call fast food. If by fast food do you mean junk food giants like Burger King, McD, Dominos etc? Or do you mean street food? Or do you just mean generally unhealthy food? Depending on what you meant, the answer differs. If you are referring to the junk giants, then I probably consume it on an average once a fortnight. Sometimes it’s a quick dash through the drive through to get a big mac and sometimes it’s a Domino’s pizza. Either way, it’s not more than once a fortnight. I used to have them around twice a week a while back but have since cut down. Now if you mean street food, then that can include fried chicken, chips, fish n chips, hot dog, donuts etc. In India you have stuff like Vada Pav, Pani Puri, and other Chaat dishes. Technically, these are all junk as well and made quite fast, so qualifies to be called fast food. But if by fast food you mean just general unhealthy stuff, then I guess I am guilty of having fast food almost every single day. I sometimes have ready to eat sausages in the morning. Sometimes it’s a grilled cheese toast, sometimes it’s a pack of Maggi or Ramen. So, fast food does not always mean unhealthy and buying from a big chain does not make it safe and healthy either. Depends how you look at it.

Does fast food make you fat?

Yes. But only if you eat it all the time.

Do you like to eat fast food?

I do.Because like every forbidden fruit, it attracts me.Because like most people around me, I find the most unhealthiest foods, the tastiest. So, yes, I do eat when I crave somethings which are not good for me and I just can’t seem to dodge the thought. Those crispiest fries under that Big Yellow M.That dry Burger which the King of my area serves. Those drinks which are promised to come at sonic speed. Those holed heavenly bodies, I sometimes go nuts for, specially in cold, white winters. Those crispy churros under that Bell. That well equipped Hut which serves days of calories in one serving. That Sub, which is no way healthy but the advts. say so.I have eaten all of that. For that moment’s satisfaction. But, I haven’t had the joy of eating that chicken which the little girl with two red braids and that old bearded man serve. I am vegetarian. Rumor is both have loyal followers. But, for food (I wouldn’t call those food), my daily meals are fresh, homemade, mostly from scratch and made from unprocessed or least processed (in every way) ingredients. I feel much gratitude and take immense pride in having a pantry full of nature’s dry bounty and a fridge full of produce and homemade condiments. This was just an answer about fast food chains. For fast foods which are not served by the chains, I’ll write soon. As of now, running late and really need to catch my subway. If you know what I mean ;)

Can I drink beer, eat a lot of fast food and still have six pack?

LMFAO!!!Can I drink beer and eat a lot of fast foods and still have abs? Don't we all!!!First lets talk about beer or just alcohol in general. You can drink all the alcohol in the world and not get fat directly from alcohol. The body does not store calories from alcohol, so alcohol on its own will not hurt your abs. It's all the shit you eat during you beer binging days that really do a number on you. Now can you eat lots of fast food and still keep your abs? Well this is a bit more tricky. Technically you could eat all you want as long as you burning all the calories you are eating. Personally I like Five Guys, and when I was eating them, I was able to put down 2 doubles with no issue at least ones a week and still keep my abs. I stopped eating fast foods because they still use Trans Fats on their foods and Trans fats kill, no matter how much you workout. Besides the Trans fat, fast foods have everything you need to build muscles. I can't wait until the day that all fast foods company are require to take Trans fats out of their foods by law. I will be the first one back in line trying to get me 2 doubles from Five Guys. To answer you question as long as you are not eating more calories than what you are burning in a daily basis, you should be able to eat whatever you want. My diet includes everything I like to eat, just as long as it fits my macros. And I think I look just fine!

Why do people eat fast food??

If you become addicted to the high fat, sugar and salt in fast food, you will come back repeatedly to feed your habit. Its not in the best financial interest of the fast food companies to serve healthier food. What you can do is never eat it again, and when you have kids, don't ever allow them to have it. Changes start small and start with you. The rest of the world is not responsible for your choices, you are. Eat real food.

Why do people eat fast food?

Being fairly new to fast food business, we have so far found out the below habits of the customers when it comes to fast food consumption:Definition: Food that is quickly made (3–5 minutes) not necessarily healthy, preferably spicy (Indian crowd) which is lighter on pocket.People eat street food as a snack, but these days the everyday food like Dosa, Idly, Poha; Has also found its way to the streets and people are lining up to eat it.It has now become breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and the midnight snack.Budget: People have been eating out more than ever now, but there have been no exponential change in the incomes, hence they rely on budget friendly foods and look for options that are pocket friendly that save them time and fill their stomachs.Time: Since all of us are on the go, specially when we are eating out it takes approximately 20 mins to choose, order and finish the food at a fast food stall V/S an hour long dinner at a restaurant, not to mention the to and fro journey.Taste: People are craving for Spicy/or something that touches their taste buds, office cafeterias have got it so wrong, they just don’t get it ! On the name of safety and compliance they follow set of instructions and keep the ingredients in check, often this leads to bland taste and do not comply with the consumer taste,Where as fast food can be made as per the instruction of the consumer, which does give them the taste they were looking for.Options: As much as people like variety, in my own experience i go to a particular place to order the same food most of the time, rarely i take a chance with new options. Fast food provides same options all day, every day so i know in advance what i need, no need to scratch my head.To sum it all up, fast food is convenient, not the healthiest but its easy, convenient and light on you pocket. Thanks!

Honestly, how often do you eat FAST FOOD ?

Honestly, Two to three times a week. I know how bad it is for me. What is worse is that I exercise everyday. It's like I exercise and then I go through a drive thru on the way home because I am too lazy to make a salad or sandwich. It is sad but typical way for a lot of American people. You asked honestly and I gave it to you honestly!!!

How do you balance up after eating a meal of fast food?

Fast food is fine as an occasional treat or quick meal when you are busy, but the problem is that the calories in quick food can be deceptively high for the portion size, and it’s quite easy to eat up to 1,000 calories or more at once, which is half of what a normal person should eat in an entire day. Plus many menu items contain a great deal of sodium and fat.I don’t know if there’s a way to “balance up” from that except to make sure to not eat another huge meal that day - perhaps limit yourself to vegetables and fruit and small portions of lean (not fried or sauteed) protein like grilled or baked chicken. Skipping eating for the rest of the day is also not a good idea either because your metabolism works better with more small meals per day to hit your calorie count than one big one at once.Be also aware of sit down restaurants, where you’d think meals would be healthier. Some places carry meal-sized salads that look healthy but tip the scales at 1200+ calories. A healthy-seeming fruit smoothie from a chain can crank up to 720 calories.Chain restaurants have gotten slightly better at publishing their nutrition counts online and on flyers you can ask for in the restaurant, and offering and highlighting healthier options on the menu. The 9 Highest-Calorie Meals at Chain Restaurants17 Restaurant Dishes With A Shockingly High Calorie Count (Even For America)50 Unhealthiest Foods On the Planet | Eat This Not That
